Make and secure your campervan booking

you have received your quotes double check the information provided to make sure that your selected vehicle is suitable for your requirements.Contact the operator to confirm the booking, when you will usually be asked to pay a deposit. All operators will require a security deposit for the duration of the hire. The amount varies between operators and you should check what you are required to deposit for your hire and when this will be asked for.

Make sure you are clear exactly what is included in the quoted price and that there are no hidden extras, or what the charges are for extras you request.

Check the details

You should be sent a booking schedule by the operator, which ensures that both parties are happy and clear about what is expected. This will usually include collection and drop off dates and times, payment schedules, booking terms and conditions, as well as other specific policies and requirements as agreed. Ensure you read and review the schedule and inform the operator of any errors as soon as possible.
