Owner Description
Our Willerby luxury caravan has good size decking with patio furniture which overlooks a stream and wooded area which is very private. There is a a gas three burner BBQ situated below the decking in a separate fenced off area. On the bank of the stream is an accessible patio area with a three-seater bench. Our caravan includes double glazing and central heating. It is fully equipped with everything to enable you to have a relaxing holiday. It has a double bedroom with en-suite facilities. There is a large wardrobe for hanging and storage and plenty of cupboard space. There is a dressing table area and stool. A Kingsize duvet and pillows are provided. The second bedroom has two single beds and a wardrobe with a draw unit and over bed cupboards. Two single duvets and pillows are provided.The third bed is a double pull-out bed in the lounge. A double duvet and pillows are provided. The bathroom is complete with a generous shower enclosure, cabinet and adequate storage. The Kitchen area is fully stocked, with the kitchen utensils you may require. There is a microwave, full-size cooker with oven and grill, toaster and a large integrated fridge and freezer. Al supplied is a coffee machine and a slow cooker. There is also a cupboard with the boiler and cleaning equipment for your use if required. The dining area has L-shaped seating and stools and is adequate for six adults. The lounge area has wrap-around seating and has a gas fire for the colder evenings. It is also equipped with a new 40 inch Freeview television which has an inbuilt DVD player. There is a small library of DVDs and books to use if required. We have suppled an iron and ironing board, a clothes airier and a hairdryer for your use. The Park:
Aberdunant Hall is set within 150 acre of woodland which has several streams, rock features and waterfalls and has plenty of walks from gentle strolls to more strenuous hill walks. The on-site Country Club provides a modern setting for dining or relaxing with a drink in the bar or the Welsh slate terrace overlooking stunning views. Children are welcome in the Glaslyn Lounge which offers traditional family meals and Sunday lunches, or you have the option of the Y Bistro for more intimate adult dining. Also on site there is a play area for children and a useful launderette. There is a 24 hour Warden on site and Wi-Fi is available at a small charge. In Tremadog there is a Spar shop, Fish and Chip shop and a couple of pubs that sell food and a small restaurant for eveining dining. In Porthmadog there is a Tesco, Lidl, Aldi and a selection of other shops to frequent. PLEASE NOTE: Bed Linen, Towels and Tea Towels are not supplied but bed linen can be supplied at an extra charge.
