Butlins Skyline Holiday Village (The Retreat) Our 8 berth caravan is situated in a small peaceful cul de sac called ‘The Retreat’. Perfect not only for families, but for people looking for some peace and tranquillity.Owners Description: This is a 2004 35’ x 10’, 8 berth caravan which we are proud to say has been kept in very good condition. Although our caravan sleeps 8 people, ideally for us and for the comfort of our guests we would like a maximum number of 6 people per booking. Hence, the price includes passes for Butlins Entertainment facilities for up to 6 people. Should you wish to utilise the caravan for 8 people, there may be an additional charge for the extra two passes. There are three bedrooms; the first containing a double bed, wardrobe with dressing table and bedside units. The second is a twin bedded room. It has cupboards with ample hanging space for clothes and a bedside table. The third bedroom has bunk beds with a child’s desk. This bedroom also has cupboards with ample hanging space. All bedrooms are heated. All beds have a mattress protector which we would be grateful if you did not remove. We provide duvets and pillows for all 6 beds, however you will need to bring your own bed linen. (Linen is available at an additional cost of £35 and must be requested at the time of booking) The living room area is very spacious with a gas fire, flat screen Freeview television and DAB digital radio. The kitchen has a gas cooker, microwave, kettle, toaster and a variety of pots, pans, utensils and cutlery. Bathroom consists of an electric shower, w/c and hand basin. For your comfort our caravan also has an ironing board with iron, hair dryer and hoover. Parking space for one car is adjacent to the caravan, however there is ample space for additional vehicles close to the caravan. Parking on the grass is not permitted. This is one of two caravans we have and both are very close together. Ideal for larger families who want to stay close together. They are also only a 10 minute walk from the main entertainment park. The Butlins Caravan Village is surrounded by a wealth of interesting wildlife and has a variety of sports facilities. I is also home to the popular Crazy Horse Saloon and a launderette for your convenience. At Butlins Skegness you will find everything you need for a first class holiday. Splash Waterworld opened in 2013 with thrilling new flumes and rides, quieter paddling areas that are perfect for little ones or if you prefer rest and quietude, there are plenty of relaxing spaces. Also new to Butlins Skegness is Firehouse. Where you can choose from a mouth-watering menu that offers juicy Flaming Great British Chicken and a full range of tasty bastes as well as delicious vegetarian options. If you want the experience of the sea-side, Rock and Sole is the new fish and chip restaurant for you. At Butlins you will never be without entertainment, whatever age you are. There is a traditional fairground, family activity sessions, sports coaching and every night you can experience amazing live shows and performances. Payments - We require an additional £50 refundable deposit upon booking. This deposit will be refunded after your holiday upon inspection of our caravan for damage. Preferably all payments should be made by bank transfer and the full balance must be received 4 weeks prior to the commencement of your stay. Discounts may be given for multiple-week bookings or bookings of both caravans together (outside of peak times).
