Owner Description
Our 3 bedroom luxury caravan is located on a quiet cul-d-sac on Butlins caravan village within 5-10 minutes walk of the main resort. It has everything you require to provide the perfect setting for your Butlins self catering holiday, including 2 bathrooms with showers, a veranda with patio furniture, a hard standing parking space and central heating. A modern stylish lounge is located in the central of the caravan separating the master bedroom from the twin bedrooms. The wrap around fixed seating incorporates a pull out double bed. The feature fireplace with contemporary electric fire provides a luxury feel to the caravan. For those nights in the caravan comes complete with a 50" mounted television, games station and karaoke. The wrap kitchen is perfectly located to be able to cook family meals and still spend time with the family. With modern wood units the kitchen provides everything you need for your Butlins self catering holiday including a integrated fridge freezer, microwave, crockery, cutlery etc. The dining area consists of a free standing table and four chairs. There is also a small breakfast bar in the kitchen with two stools. The main bedroom contains a double bed, a double wardrobe, bedside cabinets and overhead storage. TV/DVD combi in the main bedroom. The en-suite contains a shower, toilet and sink. The twin bedrooms are located on the opposite side of the caravans and contain two single beds, a single full length wardrobe, bedside cabinets and overhead storage. Plus a TV/DVD combi in both rooms. There is a second bathroom on next to the twin bedrooms containing a shower, sink and toilet. Provide for your use are hair dryer, iron & ironing board, travel cot, high chair, games station, karaoke, TV's in all bedrooms and an outside storage area for suit cases etc.Facilities
