PLEASE REFER TO OUR MAIN AD FOR UP TO DATE AVAILABILITY AND PRICES AT: https://www.ukcaravans4hire.com/to-let-userid3491.html This is our family owned static caravan sited at a small five star caravan park called Cardigan Bay Holiday Park. The caravan is clean and comfortable with double glazing, central heating and three bedrooms (one double and two twin). There's a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge with small freezer compartment, gas oven and hob. The main bathroom includes a wash basin, toilet and good sized shower with the added bonus of an additional toilet and wash basin making this an ideal caravan for families. The lounge/dining area has a 40" TV, separate DVD player along with a Nintendo Wii with a variety of games. There's a patio area to the side of the caravan with a picnic bench/pub garden style table for enjoying the sunny weather. The park itself has approximately 100 statics and is nestled into a small valley only 300 metres flat walk from the lovely Poppit Sands beach - during the summer period this is life guarded and offers the occasional beach games and sand castle competitions. The beach area to the right of the RNLI lifeboat station (towards the estuary) is dog friendly all year round, the left only allows dogs out of season. On site there is a fantastic pool complex with retractable roof, sun terrace and two hot tubs (one for adults only, the other for families with children aged 6 or over). This is available to all guests staying at the park at no extra cost. There's a lounge/bar area with occasional entertainment plus a small restaurant and shop for basics and for children there is a small amusement arcade, play park and area for football. Wifi is available free of charge at the reception area or for a small charge (payable to the site) you can have this facility available at the caravan. There's also a Tesco and ALDI supermarket on the outskirts of the town. Saturday changeover day. Duvets and pillows are provided but not bedding, towels or tea towels. Maximum occupancy of six. Gas and electricity are included within the cost of your holiday. On arrival a refundable charge will be payable to the site for a security barrier card, this is refunded at the end of your stay when returned to the reception. For allergy sufferers please note that although the caravan is advertised as 'no pets allowed', we (as owners) permit our own dogs to stay.
