Owner Description
Squirrels Retreat is a 2 bed Atlas Diamond Super caravan. It has gas central heating and is double glazed. The living room is semi separate with comfortable seating and lots of storage, there is also a 32inch LCD tv and a blueray dvd player and a selection of dvds.. This leads onto a stunning kitchen with island unit, eye level oven, integrated fridge freezer, separate hob, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, microwave, Slow Cooker, electric egg poacher, a toaster and lots of cupboard space and also a free standing dining table and chairs surrounded by windows. There are 2 bedrooms one twin with a t.v & dvd player and a large double with a memory foam mattress topper and plenty of storage and an en-suite bathroom which is a good size with a shower over a small sit down bath. Outside there is a storage bench with buckets and spades etc children are welcome to use and a patio area with a Rattan table & chairs which is perfect for sitting watching the birds on our bird table. Beds are made up ready for your arrival. Squirrels Retreat is a 4 berth caravan and must not exceed this number, we take over occupancy very seriously and you may be asked to leave if you break our terms and conditions.Dogs are charged £30 per week and must be over 12 months old and toilet trained. Dogs are not allowed to be left inside the caravan unattended at anytime. MAXIMUM OF TWO SMALL/MEDIUM OR ONE LARGE DOG ALLOWED.DISCOUNTS GIVEN FOR RETURNING GUESTS at off peak times.Facilities
