DESCRIPTION;Our 36 x 12, 3 bedroom, caravan is available for hire for up to six persons
We let out on a 7 Night Saturday to Saturday basis throughout the seasons, and this caravan is usually available to Let all year round.
Sited on the lovely Parkdean Resort's site at Cayton Bay near Scarborough, it is an ideal holiday choice for families and couples, offering a large range of optional on site facilities from March until the end of November, though the site itself remains open all year round.
The Park resorts Holiday park is a clean, tidy & well kept site.
The Beach area at Cayton bay is just a 10 minute stroll away.
There are so many places to visit nearby too, including Scarborough, Whitby, Filey, and just a little further way you also have Bridlington too, this we believe makes it an ideal location to suit so many. THIS CARAVAN COMPRISES:
The caravan has an extremely spacious Lounge area, surrounded by ample comfy seating.
There is a good sized Dining table & chair set to seat 6.
The main display/storage unit also houses a modern flat screen TV with Freeview channels and a built in DVD player . The Kitchen has an array of fitted units, cupboards & shelving, and has the following appliances:
Gas cooker with 4 ring hob, Fridge with freezer compartment, Microwave oven, Kettle & Toaster, We also provide an Iron & Ironing board. The Main bedroom has a double bed to sleep 2,
A wardrobe, plus over bed storage, and a fitted wall heater 2nd & 3rd Bedrooms have 2 single beds, with over bed storage, clothes hanging cupboard, and a heater. Shower room, with enclosed Shower & hand wash basin Separate WC with hand wash basin We provide ALL bedding-including Duvet covers & pillowcases, and the beds are made up for you when you arrive. We also provide a selection of Towels, and include Gas & Electricity in our prices.
WE CAN ALSO PROVIDE ON REQUEST, A HIGH CHAIR AND/OR TRAVEL COT FOR YOU TO USE DURING YOUR STAY AT NO EXTRA COST, PLEASE REQUEST EITHER OR BOTH AS REQUIRED ON BOOKING.
We post out printed booking & confirmation letters
We provide a warm, friendly & helpful service, and meet & greet guests on arrival at the caravan.
We take the usual £50 Returnable Bond on all bookings. Optional Park Passes are available to purchase from the Park Office if you wish to use the on site facilities
2019 Prices for 7 NIGHTS for those staying in a 2 Bedroom caravan are;

The price you pay covers all people staying in the caravan.
The Park also sells Day Passes.
