Owner Description
Church Farm Holiday Village is a wonderful site for a family or couples break. Its a 5 Star Park with fabulous facilities and beautifully landscaped grounds. It has a great range of facilities including an outdoor heated pool, an indoor heated pool with flumes, kids clubs, tennis courts, bowls green, archery and much more. It even has its own 9 hole golf course! All of this and only a short walk to the beach and nature reserve where you can enjoy the fresh sea air. There is also a well stocked park shop for all your essentials and in the evenings fantastic family shows to enjoy in the showbar with fish a chip take away and the Mash & Barrel Restaurant and Bar. There’s many things to do and see locally including a wide range of shops and restaurants in Chichester, Arundel and Bognor Regis. You can easily visit the lovely beaches at the Witterings. Glorious Goodwood racecourse, motor racing circuit and airfield are within 10 miles. In the other direction you can find Portsmouth and all the activities and adventures the Historic Dockyard has to offer and shops and restaurants at Gunwharf Quays. A little further afield and you can take the children to Poultons Park or Marwell Zoo and take a trip into the New Forest to see the wild Ponies (please don’t feed them!) This home from home caravan offers:Lounge area with L shaped sofa, flame effect fire and 40" Freeview TV. Large kitchen area with hob, oven and hood with extractor. Full sized fridge freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster. Dining area with table and chairs. To the outside there is a patio table and chairs you are welcome to use. There is WiFi onsite but it can be a little unpredictable! Master bedroom with en-suite, King Size bed, Free-view TV and built in wardrobes with dressing table.

Bedroom 3 with two child single beds and built in wardrobe. Rental Durations & Seasons:
Long Weekend: 3 Nights - Friday to Monday (Available from 3pm - Vacate by 10am)
Mid Week Break: 4 Nights - Monday to Friday (Available from 3pm - Vacate by 10am)
Full Week: 7 Nights - Friday to Friday (Available from 3pm - Vacate by 10am) Low Season: March to May and September to November (excluding school holidays)
Prices starting at:
£225 for 3 night weekend break
£250 for 4 night mid week break
£450 for 7 night break High Season: June to August
Prices starting at:
£400 for 3 night break
£550 for 4 night midweek break
£895 for 7 night break Mid July to end of August Bed linen is available to hire for the cost of £7.00 per bedroom or you may bring your own. Some activities may require you to purchase a Haven Entertainment Pass. Feel free to make those arrangements for yourselves upon arrival to the park. Sorry but no large groups, pets or smoking are permitted in the caravan. We hope that you enjoy your stay and would ask you to bear in mind this it is a privately owned caravan. Owned by a family who also want to enjoy it when we can. Please respect it and treat it as you would your own.
