35ft x 12 Static Caravan, sited at Crimdon Dene, Blackhall near Hartlepool with fantastic sea views.Site has small shop and an entertainment complex open March till October
Full length veranda overlooking sea with table & chairs and veranda lighting
2 Bedrooms, sleeps 4 in one large double and one twin room
Lounge with sofas, large coffee table, TV, DVD player
Dining area with table & four chairs
Kitchen with fridge, microwave, freezer, kettle, toaster, cutlery, crockery etc.
Bathroom with shower. sink and toilet
Booking deposit is £50 (will be taken off holiday price which is payable 4 weeks prior to start of holiday) and damage deposit £75 (returnable at end of stay if no damage or lost keys)
Heating is electric,(meter readings will be taken at start and end of stay and charged accordingly)
Prices:
Out of school holidays October till March £40 per night
School holidays October till March £50 per night
Out of school holidays March till October £60 per night
School holidays March till October £70 per night
Bedding is provided for short term stay but not towels, also entertainment passes are not included. May consider long term rental for six months to a suitable tenant at £500 per month, DEPOSIT £350 and ONE MONTH'S RENT of £500 in advance to obtain keys.
Please note rent does not include Gas and Electric, deposit is returnable at end of tenancy if no damage or lost keys
