Owner Description
Bright and airy 2 bedroom caravan in a stunning private location on the Holburne Cotswold water park. Situated alongside one other caravan with a stream running past the deck area and views over the countryside the location is great. Perfectly situated approximately 1 mile away from the village of South Cerney, a great base for exploring the Cotswolds 'AONB'. Our cosy caravan has a nice sized lounge area with a sofa bed and a cuddle chair, an electric effect fire, a 42" TV and DVD player.There is a dining area with a table seating 4, and a well equipt kitchen area.
Our caravan has 2 bedrooms.
A master bedroom with lots of wardrobe space and an ensuite toilet and a twin room with 2 beds that can be made into a small double if needed.
There is a shower room and toilet.
The caravan has central heating. Guests will have access to the entire caravan including the decking area.
There is a clubhouse (please let me know if you require access to the clubhouse as there may be a fee) on site with entertainment, a restaurant, indoor and outdoor pool, soft play area, arcade, crazy golf, a lake with pedloes for hire, 4 fishing lakes,
There is a shop and laundrette.
There is plenty of free parking close to the caravan. The caravan is conveniently close to the club house and shop. The outlook is lovely and the wildlife around is stunning with many birds including woodpeckers, herons and kingfishers. There are ofen deer in the field, rabbits and if your very lucky an otter has been know to visit. We also have some resident ducks living on the stream. We do usually make sure there is bird seed and sweet corn to feed them so please feel free to use it as required. (It's in the cupboard under the sink) There is a bbq on the decking for guests to use and we do usually ensure there is a supply of charcoal. This is in the metal shed by the front door. (Best to drop us a reminder if you plan on using it so we can make sure!) We do allow well behaved pets at no extra charge but we would ask that the sofa is covered if they are likely to jump on it with muddy paws. There is a throw is under the sofa for use. There are many lovely dog walks around so please be in touch if you need pointing in the right direction. The caravan is well equipt with most things needed for a family break but if you feel we're missing anything please let us know! There are some plastic chairs for children in the metal shed by the front door. Should you need to use the sofa bed there is spare bedding in the wardrobe in the master bedroom with clean linen provided. (We don't usually make it up as we aren't sure when it gets used otherwise) If you definately want to use it please let us know and we will make it up.
