Waterways 28 is a privately owned 4 berth holiday home situated close to the beach on the award winning Haven Hopton Holiday Village. Ideal for families. Modern, open plan design with welcoming interior touches making this a perfect home from home. Co-ordinated upholstery throughout and equipped to a high standard. Large sitting room with 32" flat screen TV with DVD, gas fire and separate dining area. Double glazed and fitted with warm air heating to all bedrooms and a heated towl rail in the main bathroom - ideal for all year round stays and extra blankets are provided by the owners to ensure you stay warm and cosy. Well equipped kitchen with microwave, toaster and oven as well as additional extras such as a smoothie maker, pannini press and coffee thermos. Excellent storage throughout. Large master bedroom with king size bed, two wardrobes, TV and ensuite facilities. Large bathroom with shower, toilet and wash basin. One twin bedded room with wardrobe. Bedding is provided but please bring your own personal towels. Fancy a round of golf? No problem, you can use ones provided by the owner or if tennis is more your thing feel free to borrow the racquets and balls left for you. Situated less than five minutes walk from the main entertainment complex, onsite shop and just a short stroll to the beach. Garden area with patio, outside seating and BBQ. There is also a gated verandah. Haven Holiday Village is an extremely well presented park with a great range of activities but is also ideally placed for visits to the surrounding area including the seaside town of Great Yarmouth (which is only a ten minute drive away), the Norfolk and Suffolk Broads where you can take a boat trip and experience the magical waterway or the cathedral city of Norwich. Guests can take advantage of the exclusive deal with Broadland Day Boats and receive discounted hire on one of their self drive boats to explore the Norfolk Broads (booking advised).
