Waters' Retreats @Hopton ?Waterways 13 is a superior holiday home with stunning sea views and situated just a short walk to the fabulous Hopton beach. This privately owned 8 berth lodge is immaculately presented and has three good sized bedrooms - Large Master bedroom with 5ft double bed, a range of wardrobes, dressing table and ensuite facilities including a shower. 2nd double bedroom and one twin bedroom. There is a convertible double bed in the lounge for the 7/8th occupants. TV/DVD to all bedrooms. A well appointed kitchen with microwave, toaster, oven, full size fridge freezer and dishwasher. Excellent storage throughout. Large sitting room with views over the beach, TV with DVD, radio, gas fire and separate dining area with full size dining table. Double glazed and fitted with central heating throughout - ideal for all year round stays. Good sized bathroom with shower, toilet and wash basin. A range of extras are provided by the owners including children's toys, books, DVD's, hand towels and beds are made up for your arrival. There's also items such as a hairdryer to save space in your packing, a BBQ and the use of the owner's adult bikes during your stay. Situated just a short walk away from the main entertainment complex on a good size corner plot with garden area with patio, verandah and outside seating. Haven Holiday Village is an extremely well presented park with a great range of activities but is also ideally placed for visits to the surrounding area including the seaside town of Great Yarmouth (which is only a ten minute drive away), the Norfolk and Suffolk Broads where you can take a boat trip and experience the magical waterway or the cathedral city of Norwich. Guests automatically receive discounted hire charges on self drive day boat hire offered by Broadland Day Boats and a loyalty discount is also offered to guests returning within twelve months. Strictly no smoking.
