Owner Description
2 bedroom 6 berth caravan situated in the lovely quiet Gardens area of Lydstep beach holiday village. Open plan living space with a large seating and dining area, 32" HD TV and DVD/Blu-ray player and an integrated ceiling sound system. Living room also includes a double pull out sofa bed. The Kitchen is fully equipped and includes gas hob and oven, microwave and a large integrated fridge freezer. Large master bedroom with built-in wardrobes, storage and en-suite toilet. Twin bedroom with 2 single beds, wardrobe and storage space. Bathroom with a large double shower, wash hand basin and toilet. Outdoors there is a large patio and decked area with a BBQ, garden furniture and a wonderful sea view. There is also private parking next to the caravan. Walking times from the Gardens area to Lydstep site facilities are:Beach - 3 mins
Clubhouse - 3 mins
Site Shop - 6 mins
Marina/Boat Storage - 3 mins For your comfort the caravan has double glazing, central heating and a gas fire. Gas and electric will be included in your holiday price. Duvets and pillows will be provided but you will need to provide sheets and bed covers, also towels and tea towels. Booking terms - We require a £100 deposit at the time of booking with the remaining payment due 6 weeks before arrival. Also a £100 security bond which will be refunded within 7 days of the caravan being checked. Due to site rules unfortunately we do not accept groups under 21, or single sex parties of more than 3 of any age.
Strictly no smoking is permitted in our caravan. Lydstep Beach Holiday Park Facilities include:
