Owner Description
Our spaciously modern 2006 three bedroom eight berth Cosalt Capri caravan benefits from full gas central heating and double glazing throughout. The caravan is 38 feet long by 12 feet wide and provides all the comfort and space of a real home from home.We have chosen a fantastic pitch on the Pines area of the park which is on a quieter area of the park but not far away from the pools and entertainment centre. There are stunning views accross the valley to Newquay from the windows. You will have your own private parking space directly outside, which is big enough for 2 cars.
The lounge is very bright with it's own patio doors and double glazed windows. there is a large double sofa providing ample seating for all the family which also houses the double sofa bed. We have provided a 32 inch TV/ DVD for your entertainment along with a CD player and speakers. Beneath the stylish illuminated cabinet there is an electric coal effect fire place for those cooler evenings.
The dining area has a free standing table and chairs opposite the open plan kitchen which comes fully equipped with everything that you may need during your stay including a full sized oven and grill with 4 ring gas hob and extractor fan, microwave, full sized integrated fridge and separate freezer, toaster, kettle and a full crockery and cutlery inventory.
The master bedroom with its double bed with twin bedside cabinets as well as stylish overhead storage and shelving units. There is a full sized wardrobe with drawers and hanging space. A separate area with mirror and a handy make up stool. There are two further twin bedrooms all with central heating and ample storage space provided.
The shower room has a modern white suite incorporating a sink a large enclosed shower cubicle with mixer shower, there is also a separate WC.
This really is a very homely caravan on a fantastic pitch in one of the best holiday parks in the area so please feel free to contact me should you require any further information.
Please note in order to keep our prices as low as possible for our guests you will be required to bring your own bed linen and towels with you although we do provide all duvets and pillows including those for the sofa bed. We do not provide pillow cases and duvet covers.
Entertainment passes can be purchased separately from reception on arrival for a very modest £10 per adult per week and a cheaper price for children.
