Baxter has built-in surfboard storage and an add-on bike rack (and you can hire boards and bikes with the van if you want). There’s a fridge, sound system, a hob and sink, enough space to hang out and plenty of room for boots, wetsuits, kites, climbing gear etc. Even when you’re inside you feel outdoors thanks to the beachy colour scheme, the solid wood worktop and map wallpaper. But then, why close the doors when you could be enjoying fresh air and sun on your skin?
