Owner Description
The Auto-Roller 747 is a 2016 Model so just over 1 year old , the ultimate six seat-belt, six berth family Motorhome . The Lo-line 747 is offered on the market leading Fiat Ducato with a 130BHP automatic engine. The best of all worlds are offered in this model with a UK friendly rear U shaped lounge, central en-suite opposite a large wardrobe and well equipped kitchen area leading to the front where a full double dinette offers 4 seat belts so 6 can travel in total safety. Opposite the dinette is a side facing settee which opens up the front lounge area for 'split' dining front and rear if needed. To the rear of the cab area is a large electric drop down double bed. This full size bed electrically operates with ease and houses a double mattress made of polyester 'breathable' fabric, quilted top and sides. This truly is a fantastic layout for up to 6 people offering space, comfort, innovative ideas and standard specification including color reversing camera, solar panel, bike rack (4 type) and fly screen to the entrance door.Cruise control with speed limiter function

The 747 a rear lounge, modern kitchen with oven, grill, 3 ring hob, fridge freezer, hot air central heating, hot & cold water, wet room with w/c, basin and shower, lots of inside storage, 4 way bike rack. It comes fully equiped with pots, pans cutlery etc and a full tank of water and diesel, 30ft hook up cable and 1x6kg gas bottle.
Hot water is provided by the built in boiler which runs from the gas cylinder supplied, and the motorhome has fully blown gas central heating throughout.
The motorhome is supplied with cooking utensils, cutlery, toilet chemicals, hook-up cable, and fresh water and waste containers.

1 x Wind screen Deposit to cover insurance access in case of damage 800 pounds includes a Booking deposit (non-refundable) if cancelled - £150/week , this is to cover the driver insurance. Exclusions:
Drivers under 25
Strictly No smoking
No pets inside the motorhome.
A cleaning fee of £100.00 if the Vehicle is not returned with the interior in a clean condition.
A additional fee of £100.00 if the toilet is not emptied or cassette housing area not cleaned prior to the return of the Vehicle.
The cost to refill the fuel tank at 25% + VAT above current forecourt prices.
A nominated cancellation fee in the event of cancellation of this agreement prior to the collection of the Vehicle.
Any amounts due in respect to damage to the Vehicle or to property of a third party.
All other additional charges as they are incurred, including but not limited to, government fees and duties, parking and traffic infringement penalties, road toll fines, London congestion charges, and associated administration costs.
Any other fees or charges payable by me pursuant to this Agreement. This includes any costs incurred as a result of any breach of the terms of this Agreement.
An additional charge of £50.00 per hour for all late returns.
The cost to recover a Vehicle which has become bogged.
