Owner Description
Our new 2020 747 offers comfortable sleeping arrangements for up to 6 people in the lo-profile motorhome. Although it is a 6 berth motorhome we would highly recommend that 4 passengers is far more comfortable. This vehicle is automatic and and has air conditioning in the cab area aswell as air conditioning in the main body of the van when connected to the mains electricity, an amazing addition for when we get that hot weather. It has six seat belts for travelling, two in the front cab area and four around the table. Having hired a motor home in the past and it being very dark, this could not be more different, it is so light and airy, but at night all windows have black out blinds and fly screens to enable you to have a well deserved lay in. It does also have a wind out awning allowing for alfresco eating in the shade. The bike rack which is fitted has room for 4 bikes.We have included a specialist Satellite Navigation on this vehicle which is designed for Motorhomes and will take you on a route suitable for a vehicle of this size including places you are able to stop on route and even campsites. The measurements of the vehicle have been put in and it will avoid narrow roads, low bridges to hopefully avoid awkward situations. Our previous customers have found this invaluable and a must to save you getting stuck down some of those small lanes and villages.
If you find yourself relaxing in the evenings, the U-shaped lounge provides the perfect space for everyone to sit and socialise or watch the installed TV, doubling as another bed come night. The double dinette offers seating next to the kitchen, with a mounted table making it ideal for meal time.
To the rear of the vehicle you have large U shaped lounge which can convert into either 2 single beds or a large 6 ft bed, with a fitted TV & DVD. To the front of the vehicle you have an electric drop down bed, to the front of the cab you have 3 sky lights that all have black out blinds. The dinette area easily converts into a small double bed and ideally for children. Furthermore, the motorhome is also well equipped with a kitchen area offering a fridge with compact freezer, 3 gas stoves, gas oven & grill, cooking utensils, crockery & cutlery. Just opposite the kitchen area you have a central bathroom with shower, sink & toilet. The shower has a folding door to separate it from the toilet area.
This vehicle only has 240 volts when hooked up to the electricity via the wire supplied. When the electricity is connected at campsite it is restricted to the amount of amps supplied by the campsite. Mileage allowance is 100 miles per day for duration of holiday and extra milage 50p per mile
PLEASE NOTE: Images showing the awning extension with bedroom compartment is an optional extra at £15 per day. You will need to select Gazebo in the extras section if you would like this.
At this moment we are only allowing 7 + days hire due to the deep clean times between hires.
