Owner Description
Our privately owned and maintained caravan is a ABI VISTA 36ft PLATINUM 12ft wide three bedroom holiday home with a secure lockable gated 8 X 20ft timber veranda, and tarmac car parking adjacent to the veranda. A full size double bed (firm Sprung base with a memory foam topper) and two twin bunk bedrooms with loads of storage space, heating is via a Gas Fire in the lounge and electric Blown air heaters in the bedrooms - a Shaver point and Hair Dryer. The bathroom is of good size with heated towel rail, wide double shower, WC, basin and storage. A second Separate WC with basin and two individual doors to a central hallway. We also include Tea, Coffee, Sugar & Milk so you can have a relaxing brew before you get to the unpacking The kitchen provides for all your cooking needs including a full size domestic 4-burner cooker oven & grill, toaster, microwave, kettle, and all the cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery you need. Hot water, Gas, and Electricity <strong>are inclusive</strong>as are all PARK ACTIVITIES.Please remember to bring towels (tea & bath) and your toiletries. The lounge area has comfortable high back seating, a set dining area, and a 26in digital TV, DVD player DVD's and Play Station 2 with games for your entertainment. The caravan also has a large secure veranda ideal for small children with a table & chairs for comfortable out door dining and relaxation. A vacuum cleaner, iron & ironing board, Drying/airing rack
