About Sunflower Lodge:
Our caravan is a brand new 2019 Atlas Chorus Platinum Caravan which sleeps up to 6 in luxury at Cormorant 4 on the new Seabirds development with Stunning seaviews, wraparound decking with non slip surface, free 4G WIFI, direct beach access and designated private parking in a very very quiet part of the park
Our caravan is lovingly maintained and cleaned and sanitised to the highest standards by ourselves and our external contractors
Measuring 40ft by 12ft our caravan has all the homely necessities needed for a fabulous and wonderful holiday
The 5 star park is open from March until November
We have an 'Easy pay scheme' in operation to allow installments towards the total cost of the booking

Our caravan briefly comprises:
3 bedrooms
Sleeps 6
1 master double en suite bedroom
2 twin rooms with separate toilet and shower room opposite
40in flatscreen tv with freeview in the lounge and built in DVD player with 22in flatscreen tv in the master bedroom
Large comfy sofa and electric fire in the lounge
Selection of DVD’s, board games, books, cards, dominoes, jigsaws and books in the lounge will keep everyone entertained
Free 4G WIFI
Portable Bluetooth speakers are loctaed in the Lounge and Master bedroom
Fully fitted kitchen with all required cutlery, plates, cups and glasses
Microwave, kettle, toaster, cooker/oven and egg boiler for chucky egg and soldiers

Air Fryer
Toastie Maker
Separate dining table and 4 chairs
For your convenience a hairdryer is provided in the master bedroom
High chair, travel cot, changing mat and bottle warmer also provided long with all children’s cutlery, plates, bowls and beakers
All bedding is provided and made up for your arrival but please bring your own bedding for the travel cot if required
Hand towels are provided in both toilets but please bring your own bath towels
The Wraparound decking has patio furniture and non slip surface with safety glass and for added security and piece of mind the gate locks with a key
Picnic Bench
Patio lighting provides a warm and cosy feel on a nighttime
Designated private parking bay exclusively for our guests
We have full safety features installed including Smoke and Carbon monoxide detectors, fire extinguisher, fire blanket, 1st aid kits, bed guards and safety socket covers
For your first night’s stay complimentary tea, coffee, sugar and biscuits are provided
With direct beach access from Cormorant you could not be closer to the beach and sea
We also have a Duck pond across from our caravan for the kids to feed the ducks
It is a Short walk to all park facilities
A £25.00 non refundable deposit secures any booking
A £100.00 refundable damages and security deposit is required repayable after cleaning and a suitable inspection of the caravan
This is normally repaid no later than 48hrs after departure
Check in details and confirmation email will be issued upon payment of the final balance
Principle hirer must be aged 21 or over
We do not permit large same sex groups, pets or smoking
Final balance must be paid 28 days before the commencement of the booking
Full Terms and Conditions are available upon payment of the final balance
