A £50 reservation deposit (non refundable) to be paid on booking in order to guarantee your dates. Full balance to be paid 28 days before the holiday start date. We ask you for a £50 damage security deposit when you pay your final balance and this will be refunded to you within one week of checking our holiday home and no damages or losses found. We reserve the right to charge for any specialist cleaning or repairs for damage incurred during your stay. Duvets and pillows are included so all you need to bring with you is your own bed linen (duvet covers, pillow cases, bottom sheets), towels, bath mat and tea towels. All gas and electricity is included. We have a strict no smoking policy in our holiday home and pets are not allowed on the park at any time. We are unable to accept same sex groups.
