Hadrian Motorhome Hire terms and conditions 1. A deposit of £250 is requested or 25% of the booking whichever is greater to secure your chosen dates and vehicle. This is non-refundable. 2. The balance must be paid in full 6 weeks before collection. For late deals the full amount is required. 3. Extra’s can be booked upon request; payment will be requested with your final balance. 4. £1000 security deposit is required upon collection; this is refunded once the Motorhome is returned. 5.
