Terms and Conditions Agreement: Your agreement is with Raymond Bradshaw and Patricia Lawrence-Bradshaw (Owners). Arrival and Departure times: Check-in and key collection will be available from 2pm at the main reception. If you believe you may arrive after 6pm on your date of arrival then you must inform us. If you do not inform us and/or the caravan is not occupied by 9am on the day after your arrival date we will treat your booking as cancelled. No refund will be paid in such instance. You are required to vacate the caravan by 10am on your departure date. Availability of Facilities: For health and safety reasons some of the facilities at Solent Breezes Holiday Park have age and/or height restrictions in place. You can check these when you book. In the swimming pool children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by an adult. At busy times access to the facilities may be restricted for health and safety reasons. They may operate session swims in the pool during periods of high demand. Occasionally they will need to close or withdraw certain facilities (e.g for safety, maintenance or other reasons beyond our control). Cancellation or Changes by us: In exceptional circumstances, we may have to cancel or change some aspects of your booking. If we do so, we tell you as soon as possible prior to your holiday date and you may choose to either: (a) Accept the changes offered by us (b) Receive a full refund (c) Accept an alternative holiday date with us at the same price Entertainment: Solent Breezes Holiday Park provides entertainment as advertised in their brochures and on their website. However, during certain periods of the year, entertainment may be limited to weekends only. Number of your Party: The Lead Person in your group must be 25 (there may be some flexibility depending on the ages of the group). Couples and Family Groups only. The total number in your party (including children and babies) must not exceed the maximum capacity of the holiday home as advertised. This means that there will be no more than six. In the event that this number is exceeded, we reserve the right to exclude or refuse entry to any or all members of your party from the Holiday Home. Where half or more of the party is aged between 17 and 25, you must tell us when you book. We have the right to refuse your booking or cancel after bookings have been checked and we reserve the right to refuse entry or not to hand over accommodation to any person or groups of persons at our discretion. Payments: All bookings will be secured by a deposit or full payment which will include £75 damage deposit (which is refundable once the caravan has been inspected after your holiday and all is in order). Where booking is less than 8 weeks away, a full payment will be required. Where booking is more than 8 weeks away, a 20% deposit will be required to secure the date (deposits are non-refundable) and the balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to your holiday. No refund for cancellations that are less than 4 weeks before holiday date. For cancellations more than 4 weeks from holiday date 50% refund is available. Pets: We do not allow pets in the accommodation. Single Sex parties: We do not accept bookings from large “all male” or “all female” parties and have the right to cancel any online booking that breaches our terms upon checking before the holiday arrival date and/or we reserve the right to refuse entry or not to hand over the Holiday Home to any person or groups of persons at our discretion. Site Passes: Solent Breezes entertainment passes are not included in our prices. You can acquire these at the main reception at or after time of arrival. These passes will give you access to all the facilities at the Holiday Park. Smoking policy: It is illegal to smoke inside enclosed public buildings and you and other members of your party are requested to smoke only in those areas which have been clearly designated as such. Smoking is strictly forbidden in the Holiday Home. Special requests: Please note that we will do our best to meet any special requests; however we are unable to guarantee any special requests. Please note special requests do not form part of the booking contract and are not a condition of booking. Use of your Holiday Home: You are required to take good care of your Holiday Home whilst you occupy it. At the end of the holiday you must leave the Holiday Home thoroughly clean and tidy and free of all rubbish which must be placed in the bins on the park as provided. We will take legal action to recover the cost of damage sustained during your occupation and any additional cleaning charges we incur in respect of your failure to comply. We reserve the right to enter the Holiday Home, at any reasonable time during your stay, in order to inspect the condition of the accommodation or without notice in the event of an emergency. We do not accept any responsibility for the theft or loss of your personal possessions whilst you are in your Holiday Home and you should take appropriate security measure to ensure against theft and loss. Your Booking: Your booking shall be in accordance with the details confirmed at the time of booking. Your booking is non-transferable within 30 days of your holiday start date. You may make alterations to your booking up to 30 days before your holiday start date. If you wish us to make an alteration to your booking we will use reasonable endeavours to accommodate your request but no guarantee can be given. Your Car: You should comply with speed limits, parking and other traffic regulations on the Holiday Park. All vehicles are brought onto the Holiday Park at their owners risk and do not accept responsibility for loss or damage to your car except where it is caused by negligence or fault of the Holiday.
