Terms & Conditions Please Note you are responsible for fully reading the caravan T&Cs before agreeing to making a booking. By booking a holiday you are confirming your agreement to our terms & conditions. General Terms and Conditions of Booking Accommodation The accommodation may only be used by the persons listed on the booking form. That section forms part of our contract and failure to complete it with a list of all occupants may result in your holiday being cancelled. The booker is responsible for the entire party. If you have more people in the caravan than stated and have not asked us first we will remove EVERYONE from the caravan, you will not be reimbursed as you have breached this contract. This is a health and safety requirement. We have to adhere to park rules and insurance requirements. The owners reserve the right to inspect the caravan at any time to ensure the Terms & Conditions of hire are being adhered to Deposit A £100.00 deposit for each break (3, 4 or 7 day) booked is required at time of booking. Full payment is required if the booking is made less than 6 weeks before start of holiday. Balance The balance is payable 6 weeks before the commencement of the holiday. Instalments may be arranged on request. Late payment may result in the caravan being re-let and loss of deposit or cancellation charges being due as detailed below. Security Bond A security bond of £ 50.00 is payable on top of the hire charge. The bond will be returned within 7 days after the holiday ends provided no damage or excessive cleaning is to be paid for. The accommodation must be left clean and tidy, there will be a £50 surcharge for additional cleaning if the caravan is left in an unsatisfactory condition. We personally look after the caravan ourselves and provide lots of things that make your holiday more comfortable and enjoyable, we ask that you respect this and leave the caravan as you find it. You can help to protect the bond by removing shoes to keep carpets clean and not allowing children to jump on the furniture. Accidents happen and we are aware that things get broken, but we would appreciate you telling us so we can repair or replace the item. We won’t take your bond for being honest, we will only deduct the cost for expensive repairs. If you do not tell us and we find anything broken or missing we WILL keep your bond. We don’t take money for cups and plates etc, we have lots of spare crockery and utensils etc, we just want to know so we can replace it for the next people to occupy the caravan. Keys Are available at the caravan in the key safe, code will be sent prior to your arrival.. Please phone or text using 07760176772 with your estimated time of arrival. Facility Passes You can purchase your own passes when you arrive by showing your booking form or confirmation and caravan keys at reception. Arrival/Departure Arrival time from 1.30pm. Departure no later than 10am. We will charge an extra £10 per half hour if you are late vacating the caravan. If you leave earlier please use the key box we have provided and please text or call us to let us know you have left. Bed Linen Bed linen is available at an extra charge as detailed on booking form if required, otherwise please supply your own. Sleeping without bed linen is not only unhygienic it will mean you are in breach of the Terms & Conditions of hire and can be removed from the caravan immediately with no compensation for loss of holiday. Families Only Being a family park, we only accept bookings from family groups. We cannot accept bookings from young singles or all male / all female parties where the average age is under 21. Site Behaviour If, in the opinion of ourselves or the park manager, any party or party member is guilty of conduct prejudicial to the well being of others, we or the park manager may re-take possession of the accommodation immediately, without compensation to the party. It is the responsibility of named person (the hirer) to ensure that members of the party adhere to the rules. Smoking/Vaping Policy Smoking/Vaping is prohibited in our caravan. If you smoke/vape, please do so away from the caravan with the door closed, we do not want the caravan to smell of smoke. If we do smell smoke in the caravan we will deduct £50 excessive cleaning cost from your bond. Pets The caravan has a strict no pets policy, please ensure that this policy is kept. Cancellation If you have to cancel your holiday you must telephone us in the first instance and NOTIFY US IN WRITING within 7 days. IN THE EVENT OF CANCELLATION, THE FOLLOWING CHARGES APPLY: Number of days in advance of holiday start date cancellation charges are payable: 56 days or more Deposit only 55-29 days 50% of the total holiday cost 28 days or less 100% of the total holiday cost Unavailability Should the accommodation booked become unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control a full refund will be given. Risk You occupy these properties at your own risk. Insurance We strongly recommend that you take out Holiday Insurance to cover accidents, losses, cancellations etc. These policies are available quite cheaply from most insurance brokers. Data Protection The holding and use of personal information of individuals is regulated by the Data Protection Act 1998 (DPA). Your personal information is stored on our database and retained for the duration set out in the act. Your name is shared with the park security team for the purposes of health and safety and also to ensure the hirers are complying with the maximum berth capacity of the caravan. No other personal information is shared unless there is a requirement under the act (eg as part of a criminal investigation). On-site Help Finally if anything does go wrong, which we hope it doesn’t, please contact us and NOT the Park as any callout or repair charges from the Park will be deducted from your bond unless we authorise it beforehand. We have our own maintenance personnel and plumber so we never use the Park services. We are just a phone call away to deal with any problems. We want you to enjoy your holiday.
