Cancelation Policy In the event that you need to cancel your holiday for any reason the following charges will be payable; Over 12 weeks to the start of your holiday £50 6-12 weeks to the start of your holiday £150 Less than 6 weeks to the start of your holiday Full Balance We strongly advise that you take holiday insurance to cover the cost in case the unexpected happens. All our caravans are privately owned. Therefore any alteration to your original booking date or caravan will incur the cancelation fee outlined above. Additional Guests/Amendments You can add additional guests to your booking up to the capacity of the caravan. This will incur and additional charge per person, the amount is dependent on the break you have booked. Please check all the details on your booking are correct including spelling/titles/date of births etc. Any amendments to your booking after your final payment date will incur an amendment fee of £40. If you wish to add additional guests after your final payment date you will incur a £40 amendment charge in addition the charge per person. Late payment If we do not receive your final balance by the due date your holiday will be cancelled and you will incur the cancellation cost as outlined above. If you are struggling to make the final payment deadline we may be able to extend if you contact us prior to your final payment date. The lead guests can be amended free of charge up to your final payment date, after this date you will incur the £40 amendment charge. Adult Only Breaks All guests must produce photo identification to collect their wristbands. Caravan Grades We try and grade our caravans accordingly, however it is recommended that you take a look at the photographs and full descriptions on our website. No refund will be offered because you don't think the caravan is in the correct grade or if you booked a bronze caravan (our oldest caravans) and expected a new caravan. Health & Safety Fire alarms and carbon monoxide alarms are provided for your safety. Please do not remove batteries from these devices. Caravans have air vents, we therefore unable to prevent insects from entering the caravan. If there is an issue with insects on arrival or during your stay that requires our attention please let us know and we will arrange for someone to assist. Hygiene Mattress protectors must not be moved from the beds. Bed linen must be used at all times. If you do not have bed linen included with your booking you can hire for an additional £35. If you have not requested linen to be supplied and you have forgotten your own linen please contact us immediately to arrange hire linen. Any damage, make up marks etc, to the duvets, pillows, mattress protectors or linen supplied may be deducted from your bond in order to replace for other guests. If it is possible that someone in your party may wet the bed please bring suitable waterproof coverings with you. If you have not included towel hire in your booking this can be added for £15. These are for caravan use only and must not be removed from the caravan. All sanitary wear must be disposed of in bags and not flushed down the toilets. Please do not flush baby wipes down the toilet. If the toilet becomes blocked because of the actions of someone in your party you will be charged for unblocking the toilet. Please do not leave any sanitary wear in the caravan. Rubbish must be removed from the caravan. Bins provided around the park and not left in the caravan, we ask that you respect Butlins recycling procedures. Any rubbish left in the caravan or on the veranda will result in your bond being withheld. On Arrival Please check the caravan on arrival and report any issues by txt or e-mail. We endeavour to maintain a high standard will aim to resolve any problems as soon as possible. If reporting something which doesn't require our attention during your stay please mention in your communication. If for any reason you are unhappy with your accommodation this needs to be brought to our attention on your arrival date. During Your Stay Any damage to the caravan must be reported immediately, and where possible replaced/fixed. Any damages not replaced/fixed may result in the loss of your bond. All our caravans are strictly no smoking and no drugs. Any evidence of smoking or drugs in the caravan or if the caravan smells of smoke your bond will be withheld. Please do not smoke in the doorway. If smoking on the veranda please ensure all windows and doors are closed and all cigarette butts are disposed of in external bins. None of our caravans permit pets, anyone found with a pet will be asked to leave Butlins immediately and no refund will be offered. Please remove all shoes on entry to the caravan. If you need to open the windows please draw the blinds first as these can be damaged if windy. Please ensure you close all windows before leaving the caravan. Please do not remove items from the caravan, any missing items will be deducted from your bond. Butlins is a family park and anyone in your party who's behaviour or unreasonable conduct causes a nuisance to others will be asked to leave immediately. There will be no refund in this event. Some Butlins facilities/entertainment may not be in operation during off peak periods, or they may chose to alter any facility from those advertised; to which we have no control over and do not accept responsibility. All of our caravans are fully equipped with everything you require for a self catering holiday. However, individual owners also include additional items which they permit the guests to use for example travel cot, highchair, games consoles etc. These items are to be used at your own risk and we accept no responsibility for the condition of these items. Please clean all items and place them back where you found them. Incidents/Accidents during your stay Should an accident/incident occur please contact us immediately to allow us to rectify for you and the next guests. This includes any stains/spillages/damage to the bedding and bed linen supplied. Please note this forms part of your bond. Illness Should any of your party become ill during your stay you must inform resort safety. Skegness have a walk in doctors and we strongly advise you seek medical attention. If you are thought to have an infectious disease you may be asked to leave resort. If the event you are asked to leave resort before the end of your holiday you will not be entitled to a refund, we recommend you take holiday insurance to cover you in such an event. Leaving the caravan prior to your departure date In the event that you have to leave before your departure date there will be no partial refund for the days you haven't stayed. We recommend you take insurance out to cover you in this event. Leaving the caravan Please leave the caravan clean and tidy ready for our next guests. Due to time restraints our cleaners are not always able to check cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils. We therefore request that you wash all items used and put them away. Failure to wash pots including grill pan and pans will result in your bond being withheld. Also pots left on the drainer will result in your bond being withheld. On the day of departure please vacate the caravan no later than 10am, a charge will be incurred if you have not departed by 10am. Keys must be returned to the caravan reception or handed to security when leaving. If you have lost a key please report as soon as you are aware. Failure to comply with any of the terms and conditions outlined will result in the loss of your bond.
