Full payment will be required when booking unless by prior arrangement. There will be a £50 Security Bond included into the price and will be returned within 7 days of your departure providing our caravan in left in good order. Booking Terms When you book to stay at Blue Haven, Sandy Glade Holiday park, your booking is accepted on the basis of the following terms: Terms and Conditions (applicable in ALL cases - see below) Sandy Glade Park Rules (applicable in ALL cases - details given upon arrival)  1. Who your agreement is with When you book your holiday your contract will be with Lynette Jeys. References to 'we', 'us' and 'our' are to Lynette Jeys or any agent(s) appointed by Lynette Jeys. 2. The agreement There will be a contract between you and us when your online booking is confirmed. It is important to note that we do not take special requests on online bookings. The person making the booking accepts the contract on behalf of all members of your party and is responsible for making sure they accept the contract. We can't accept bookings from anyone under the age of 18. 3. Terms of the agreement These terms form part of the contract. Due to the caravan on offer being cited on a park operated by a third party, their terms/rules also form part of this contract. Should your booking be made via a third party booking agency/provider then their terms may also form part of this contract. 4. Alterations to your booking Once there is a contract you can't transfer your booking to anyone else or change it (including the members of your party) without our agreement. If you want to make small changes (e.g. change of names in party) we will try our best to help. We reserve the right to charge a fee for making any changes, solely at our discretion. In any case the fee will not exceed £15. We are sorry that we can't accept any major changes to your booking (e.g. change of dates). 5. Cancelling your booking If you cancel your holiday you will be responsible for the cost of your holiday subject to below: we will issue a 50% refund of the total cost (minus any booking fee applied by third party agent) if you cancel at least four weeks before the start of the holiday; or we will issue a 25% refund of the total cost (minus any booking fee applied by third party agent) if you cancel up to two weeks before the start of the holiday; or there will be no refund in the event of cancelling less that 2 weeks prior to the start of the holiday If you need to cancel your holiday please call us and confirm your cancellation in writing. The date of the postmark on your letter or the email we receive is the date of the cancellation. 6. Paying for your holiday When booking a holiday online you must pay the full balance of your holiday at the time of booking. Your holiday is confirmed when payment is made. You will then receive your email confirmation. If paying via other means, your booking will not be confirmed until after receipt and clearance of any payment. 7. Special offers Please claim any special offers when you make your booking. We are sorry we can't offer these if you don't claim them when you first book. In the event of any query after booking, you must contact us within 48 hours of the booking confirmation but not less than 14 days prior to the start of the holiday. 8. Prices All prices are subject to change however the holiday price paid at the time of booking will be the final price you pay and will not be subject to change, unless you make a change to your booking.  9. Who's in your party The holiday park is primarily for family holidays and for this reason we have a number of conditions about the make up of your party. These are designed to make sure all our guests and other guests on the park enjoy their holiday. Only those people listed on your booking confirmation/check in form can occupy your holiday home and we can require anyone not listed to leave the park/caravan. In the event of any un-authorised use of the caravan or change to the party then we reserve the right to cancel the holiday without notice. 10. Numbers in your party The total number in your party (including children and babies) must not exceed the maximum capacity of the holiday home advertised. No changes can be made to the party authorised to stay in the accommodation after the holiday has commenced. 11. Single Sex parties If you wish to book a single sex party you must tell us of this in advance. There may be restrictions on bookings from all male or all female parties and restrictions on the number who can occupy the holiday home. In the event that we choose to accept a single sex party then we reserve the right to request an extra deposit, which you will be advised of in advance. If we find out that a booking is an unauthorised 'single sex party' after booking then we reserve the right to cancel the booking and issue a refund based on a cancellation detailed in section 5 of this agreement. 12. Arrival and departure times Your holiday home will be available from 3pm on your arrival day. If you think you may arrive later than 3pm then please let us know. If you don't tell us of a late arrival and your holiday home is not occupied by 10pm on the day of your arrival day we will treat your booking as cancelled and re-let the holiday home. You should leave your holiday home by 10am on your departure date unless you have chosen and paid for any late check out option. 13. Children All children must be properly supervised by parents or guardians throughout the holiday.  Please make sure you always know where your children are. 14. Guests with special needs Guests with disabilities are welcome at our caravan.  If your party includes someone with special needs you should tell us about this before you make a booking so we can advise as to whether the accommodation may be suitable for you. If you don't tell us we can't be responsible if the accommodation is not suitable. If you do have special requirements please let us know. Please note that the caravan is not wheelchair friendly.    15. Pets Pets are not permitted in our accommodation under any circumstances with the exception of Guide Dogs/Assistance Dogs (evidence of regisitration will be required). Should we establish that a pet has been present in the accommodation then we may terminate the holiday without notice and levy a valeting fee. The valeting fee will vary depending on the type and nature of the pet. In any even the security bond may form part of payment towards such a fee. In addition the park has strict rules with regards to being exercised off the park and kept on a lead. 16. Use of your holiday home At the end of your holiday you must leave everything in a clean and tidy condition. You are responsible for any damage to your holiday home during your stay and you are responsible for advising us of any damage caused. We reserve the right to enter your accommodation to ensure that you are complying with this agreement and in the event of emergencies. Access may also be required by agents acting on our behalf to carry out maintenance or repairs. 17. Your personal possessions You are responsible for your personal possessions on park or in your holiday home and we are not liable for any loss or damage to these. 18. Bed linen Bed linen is included in the price that we quote. 19. Use of facilities For health and safety reasons some of the parks facilities may have age and/or height restrictions. Please check these when you book. Children must be supervised by an adult in the swimming pool. At busy times access to facilities may be restricted and the closure of any facilities, howsoever caused, is out of our control and is at the discretion of the park owners. 20. Entertainment/Passes Unless otherwise stated passes are included with your booking, you will have access to the club and other facilities. We have no control over the entertainment and its availability. 21. The holiday park We ask that you pay consideration to the park and its surrounding, subject to the park rules. You will be provided with details of the rules together with instructions on how you can obtain further information on the rules. 22. Your car You should comply with speed limits and parking and other traffic regulations on park. Vehicles are brought into the holiday park at your risk and we are not responsible for loss or damage to these except where it is caused by our negligence or default or that of anyone we are responsible for. 23. Behaviour on park As our holidays are primarily for families your behaviour should be appropriate and should not be noisy, offensive or likely to cause any harm to other guests, staff or property at the holiday park. If we feel your behaviour is illegal, offensive, disruptive or inappropriate we will ask you to leave the accommodation. In these circumstances no refund will be given. Furthermore, the owners of the park have the right to exclude those whom it believes have breached the parks conditions of acceptable behaviour. Details are available from the park owners. 24. Our service to you We do all that we can to ensure you enjoy your holiday. However occasionally problems occur and if they do or you have any concerns about your holiday when staying with us please contact us immediately and we will respond to you as soon as possible. We will not be responsible for any matter, which you knew about during your stay but did not tell us about during your stay. 25. Cancellation by us Very occasionally, in exceptional circumstances, we may have to cancel your booking. If we do so we will tell you as soon as possible and you can choose either to have a full refund or accept any alternative arrangements offered to you or book another holiday with us at the brochure price. If we have to cancel because of circumstances beyond our control (e.g. fire, theft or flood) we will pay a full refund. If we cancel we will have no further liability to you for this. 26. Advertising accuracy Whilst every care is taken to ensure that the details in advertising, including any promotional emails, are correct at time of being published, we cannot accept responsibility for errors contained therein or results thereof. We are not responsible to you for unforeseen events or matters over which we have no control. While we do our best to ensure that all offer information is up to date and accurate, very occasionally some advertised short breaks in certain accommodation may not always be available on all the dates advertised. Our liability to you We accept liability for any loss or damage you may suffer as a result of our negligence or wilful default but otherwise are not liable to you for any loss or damage you suffer. Our liability to you is limited to the cost of your holiday, except in the case of death or personal injury. 28. Security bond/deposit At the time of booking we will require a deposit that will be held to cover or contribute towards any possible damage(s) or breakage(s) during your stay. You will be notified of the amount required at the time of booking or making any changes to your booking. Your deposit/bond will only be refunded following a satisfactory inspection of the accommodation. Your deposit will be refunded by either cheque or BACS within 5 days of your holiday finishing.
