Static Caravan The Wolds Anchor Lane Ingoldmells Skegness Static Caravan Hire Terms and Conditions Deposits and Payments 1. A provisional booking will be accepted by the owner’s subject to receiving the deposit of £50.00 per week booked. This should be received within 7 days of making the booking, the payment can be made by the following: Cheque or postal order made payable to Mrs C. K. A Renwick or cash transfer (bank information on requested. Upon receiving the deposit, you will receive a text/email confirming the dates you have booked. Please note all bookings are provisional until the deposit is received, and deposits are non-refundable. If the deposit is not received with 7 days as stipulated it is then assumed that the booking is no longer required, and the owners reserve the right to pass those dates to another customer. 2. The Balance of the hire charge and the security bond is due 6 weeks prior to your holiday commencing, if the balance is NOT received within the time frame, then the owners reserves the right to hire the caravan to another customer. Bookings taken with less than 6 weeks remaining can only be accepted if payment is made in full and received within 7 days. The hirer shall also pay £50.00 security bond. This is refundable at the end of the hire period within 7 days of departure when the keys are received. The owners reserve the right to withhold some or the entire bond and /or bill the hirer for additional costs of: • Replacing and/or repairing all damage • All breakages • Charge for cleaning the caravan or removing stains or replacing as new All breakages, damage and stains within the caravan must be paid for! The hirer must inform the owners within 12hrs of arrival of all defects, inventory shortages (the van is equipped for 8 persons) and/or any breakages. Failure to do so may result in the hirer being held responsible. 3. Cancellations In the event of a cancellation, the hirer must confirm in writing. (deposits are non-refundable in the event of a cancellation). No refunds will be made to the hirer who has commenced their holiday and vacates the caravan for any reason including an emergency. Once the balance has been paid, refunds will only be considered I certain circumstances at the owner’s discretion and subject to time remaining of the holiday and a replacement booking being obtained. General Booking Conditions • Bookings are only taken from hirers 21yrs and above and strictly families and couples only. • No single sex groups are allowed • Only persons named on the booking form can be allowed to stay in the caravan • Overoccupancy will not be tolerated • Any alterations to your booking is subject to prior agreement with the owner’s’ and confirmed in writing by the hirer to the owner’s • The hirer is responsible for the conduct of all the occupants of the caravan • The hirer signs and agrees that all persons are named on the booking form are with you the hirer, during the hire period. • Holiday Park staff will have a copy of your booking form made available to them • The booking form is important for you and your parties’ safety and security • Each person on your booking form your guest/s or visitor/s must be prepared to identify themselves to the Park staff/security upon request and comply with their reasonable request/s • The hirer must give access to the owner’s, park staff and security and other agents if requested to do so • Duvets and pillows are supplied, you need to provide your own bed linen and towels • Keys to the caravan can be delivered and collected by the owner if you live nearby otherwise alternative arrangements will be made • No pets are allowed in the caravan • Smoking in the caravan or on the decking is strictly prohibited • If you smoke near to the van, please be considerate and dispose of cigarette ends responsibly • No prams or buggies to be left open or used in the van as they have been known to cause damage to doors and fittings • The owner’s and park staff do not accept liability for loss or damage of the hirers property and/or accidents, injuries, illness, disease’s arising from the hire of the caravan or use of the park, including acts of god or extreme weather conditions • Please note once your booking form and deposit has been received you have agreed to the terms and conditions of its hire Commencement of Hire You may have access to the caravan from 2pm on the day of your arrival. If there are any maintenance issues, please inform the owner’s do not attempt any D.I.Y Vacating the caravan PLEASE VACATE THE CARAVAN BY 10am On the day of your departure please ensure you have left it clean and tidy empty the bins and Remove all personal belongings remaining food items etc (this will assist turn around for the Next guest) Updated: January 2018
