Terms & conditions of booking PLEASE READ (you agree to these terms when booking): 1. A Non-refundable deposit of £50.00 per booking is required to secure your dates. Upon on receipt an invoice/receipt will be emailed to you to confirm your booking. 2. The full balance of your booking(s) is required to be paid 4 weeks before your arrival date, or before should you wish. (IN THE EVENT OF COVID-19 STILL PLAYING HAVOC WITH OUR LIVES WE WILL OF COURSE GIVE YOU A FULL REFUND SHOULD THE PARK BE CLOSED) 3. In addition to the cost of your holiday a £50.00 refundable security bond will be charged upfront & before the code for the key safe is issued. This is to cover any accidental breakages or accidental damage that may occur during your stay. This also covers the loss of any keys. This will be returned to you by bank transfer normally on the day of departure but no later than 48 hours after your departure and the caravan being checked. Any damages are to be reported at the time by calling Emma. 4. The Check-in time is 3.00pm & the check-out time is 11.00am (additional charges may apply if you leave after this time) 5. Beds will be made up on arrival. 6. You are advised to check the inventory on taking over the caravan. We are unable to accept responsibility for any defects or losses that are not reported to ourselves with 24 hours of your arrival. 7. On the day of Departure the key is to be left in the keysafe failure to do so may result in the loss of the security bond. 8. The cost of your holiday DOES NOT include play passes. These are purchased separately from Haven directly should you wish to purchase them. We the owners will not be liable for any injury or death, loss of property, damage suffered by the hirer or any member of your party, your belongings are also your own risk during your stay. We recommend purchasing holiday insurance for the duration of your stay. 10. No smoking or pets allowed in caravan. Anyone found smoking or having pets could be asked to leave with no refund. (Where it is agreed about pets in advance then this does not apply) 11. Blue Dolphin is a family holiday park and anyone in your party whose unreasonable conduct or behaviour causes a nuisance to any other persons on the park will be asked to leave immediately and no refund given. 12. Some facilities/entertainment may not be in operation during the season for which we have no control or influence over and we do not accept responsibility for this at any time. We have no control over their facilities having to close due to exceptional circumstances, including COVID-19. No refunds will be given due to facilities not being available 13. Should accommodation booked become unavailable due to responsibility beyond our control, we will inform you asap and an alternative date will be offered to you where & if possible. If this is unacceptable then a full refund will be given to you.
