Terms and Conditions of Hire 1. Arrival time is 3pm and departure time is 10am 2. This is a ‘stay’ only caravan and passes to use the activities or entertainment are available for you to purchase from reception or online. 3. The keys will be in a lock box and the code for this will be provided during the week before your holiday starts. The keys must be placed back into this when you leave. 4. No more that the maximum sleeping capacity of the caravan is allowed at any time. This is to comply with fire and safety regulations. 5. We understand that accidents do occur, if any of your party does have an accident could you please ensure that you let us know. This will enable us to provide a replacement. 6. Our aim is to hire caravans of a very high standard that are cleaned to a very high standard; we believe that all guests have the right to expect such a service. To help us achieve such a very high standard, all our guests agree to take care of the caravan, which they are renting, and will leave the caravan in a clean and tidy condition at the end of their holiday. 7. We allow one small dog per stay which is chargeable 8. Smoking is not allowed in the caravan. If you do smoke please do so outside of the caravan. 9. Only those named on the attached booking form are entitled to occupy the caravan. 10. You and all members of your party must abide by the park rules at all times. 11. Owners cannot accept liability for any injury, loss of damage suffered by you or any member of your party: Unless there was a wilful default by the owner of the caravan. : Death or personal injury was cause by owners’ negligence. 12. You must inform us if you or any of your party contract COVID whilst using the caravan. 13. The caravan will be cleaned to a high standard to meet covid protective measures. When a booking has been : The full outstanding balance must be paid in full 6 weeks before your holiday start date. Refundable damage fee of £50 payable 14 days before holiday start date and refunded two weeks after end of holiday if caravan left as found.
