Caravan Categories, Features, and Accommodation Details Please be aware that in 2026, Parkdean caravans will be classified according to their fixtures and fittings, and grouped into the following categories: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Optional, and Premium. The caravan available falls within the Gold-Premium classification, ensuring a higher standard of comfort and amenities. Location and Accommodation Details The caravan is located in a peaceful cul-de-sac, providing convenient and direct access upon your arrival. To enhance your stay, the accommodation boasts a wraparound deck furnished with stylish rattan furniture and a cosy bistro set for two, creating an inviting outdoor space perfect for relaxation. The second bedroom is designed with flexibility in mind, offering the option of either two single beds or a double bed to suit your particular needs. This caravan is a reflection of the owner’s ongoing commitment to quality, as evidenced by a strong record of returning guests. For your convenience, standard check-in begins at 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 10:45 on the day of departure, unless alternative arrangements have been made in advance. We Provide • Gas and electrical services during your stay. • Clean white bedding made up for your arrival based on your party numbers. • Clean beach & caravan use towels based on your party numbers. • A welcome pack for your arrival after a long journey located in the caravan. • The caravan has a 39” Wi-Fi enabled 4G smart TV allowing access to Amazon Prime service. • Initial use washing machine & dishwasher cleaning tablets. • Operating instructions for caravan facilities are provided. • Wi-Fi facilities are provided through Wifinity and Park Dean. • Comprehensive caravan facilities. We do not provide. • Our caravan registration is strictly NO SMOKING and No PETS, we ask you to respect this. • We regret that travel cots or highchairs are not provided during your stay. • PARK facility passes are not included but available upon request from PD reception. • Owner supplied Wi-Fi facilities do not cover personal “data usage” but these can be arranged at Park Dean reception.
