Nippy the Camper Terms and Conditions Dear Customer Thank you for hiring our Camper. Please take time to read the conditions of hire on this page as it is important that you comply with these. Failure to supply us with any documents or information required may cause the rental to be cancelled. It is a condition of the rental agreement that all parties are satisfied with arrangements made and the customer is responsible for any financial loss if the agreement is not adhered to in full. Hire period starts at 3:00pm and ends at 10:00am, failure to depart by this time will incur a charge of £30/hour. Over 3 hours will forfeit deposit if it affects next hirer. Delays due to travel problems or weather are the responsibility of the hirer and cannot be claimed against the owner. All damages and faults must be reported immediately and accurately. This is to ensure that repairs or replacements can be effected as soon as possible. This also ensures that the next hirers are not inconvenienced and everyone can fully enjoy their holiday. Malicious damage will be claimed through legal process. Oldest member of party must be over 25. Pets, smoking and vapes are not allowed in camper , evidence of this will forfeit deposit for extra cleaning. Maximum occupancy is 5 people including infants, overcrowding will cancel booking. All members of party must be named prior to commencement of hire period. The camper will be clean at start of hire, please look after it and treat with respect. Cleaning charges are at the discretion of the owner, if additional cleaning is required then the deposit is forfeit. Deposit is paid on booking and is used as a breakage/damage bond, to be returned one week after booking ends. This is in addition to the hire charge and is handled separately. Balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to start date. If the balance is not paid by this time, and no reason is given, the deposit and booking is lost, we do not send reminders. Cancellations prior to hire will forfeit deposit, more than 4 weeks before hire date will lose 50% of full hire charge, less than 4 weeks before hire date will lose full hire charge. Holiday insurance is advised as it is not included. Gas is included in the hire price and is subject to fair usage. Your own vehicle is subject to your insurance policy, we are not responsible for this during your hire period. You can provide your own insurance cover, proof of this is required before driving away. We can provide fully comprehensive insurance if needed, subject to insurer accepting the drivers details. A returnable excess deposit of £750 must be paid to use our insurance service with an admin fee of £50. We recommend that you purchase an insurance excess policy. This will reduce your liability in the event of a claim. Breakdown cover is provided, though you may use your own cover if preferred. Any costs arising from breaking down or missfueling vehicle will be claimed from hirer. Claims arising from misuse will be charged to hirer. We can drop off the camper or collect you from train station or airport. Reimbursement may be claimed for thus travel with prior agreement. PROOF OF ADDRESS MUST BE PROVIDED WITH 2 SEPERATE UTILITY BILLS Details of a payment card must be provided with limit to cover costs agreed.
