Seachels Caravan Rental Booking Terms & Conditions Our Caravan Rentals are a Minimum 3 night stay – Prices are subject to change throughout the high and low season, Including all Public Holidays. A ‘Damage Deposit Fee’ of £100 per week is required to secure your booking. Please Note: If any damages occur on your stay or Excessive Cleaning is required following your stay you maybe liable to an additional charge to cover costs if higher that the £100 'Damage Deposit Fee'. The 'Damage Deposit Fee" is refundable directly into your Bank Account within 48 hours following departure on a completed caravan check for soiling/damages if all is satisfactory. Full payment of holiday must be received Six weeks prior to the planned arrival date, or immediately if a booking date is closer than Six weeks. Cancellation Policy: We reserve the right to keep any monies paid as a cancellation fee within 6 weeks of arrival. You are advised to take out Holiday Cancellation Insurance to cover this eventuality. No shows will be treated in the same way as a cancellation. No refunds are given on a sliding scale using the table below : More than 42 days before arrival - full refund 41 - 22 days 50% of holiday cost is payable 21 - 15 days 75% of holiday cost is payable 14 days and under - 100% of holiday cost is payable You are advised to take out Holiday Cancellation & Travel Insurance should cover any other eventuality. Please ensure you are happy and agree with Terms & Conditions stated before requesting a booking. • In event of non payment of the Final Balance by due date, we reserve the right to cancel the holiday and no refund will be given. • Guests in booking party inability to stay at the caravan for any of the following reasons-but not limited to - Illness (including Covid), a requirement to shield, self isolate, quarantine, jury service, military service, family emergencies, personal/work circumstances, travel delays, vehicle breakdown. These remain YOUR risk & do not give a right to cancel or refund. If YOU choose not to take out travel holiday Insurance then YOU accept responsibility for any loss that may incur due to cancellation. • Strictly No Pets due to Severe Allergies • Strictly No Smoking/Vaping inside the caravan • No Bikes/Scooters to be taken in nor stored inside the caravan • Guests need to Adhere to Park Holidays site Rules - Low noise is important, so that everyone can have a peaceful holiday. • Caravan Owner is not liable for any guest during their stay • Any problems that you may experience with the caravan during your stay, please contact us Immediately. In the event of a cancellation by us, our liability shall be limited to the return in full monies paid. We are sorry, but we are unable to move existing bookings to other dates. Occupancy Only the family/persons quoted when booking are allowed to stay at the caravan. No third parties are allowed to stay or use the caravan facilities and holidays booked are not transferable. Maximum 4 Persons. Each Adult, Child and Babies are counted as a person. We cannot exceed the Berth of the Caravan under any circumstances. We do have restrictions in place of groups of people from 3 different households. Please contact us before booking. The main booking guest MUST attend the caravan holiday and MUST be 21 or over - This is a rule that we must follow. Access As the Owner of the caravan, we reserve the right to gain access at any time during occupancy if required. As Owners we shall not be responsible for the personal injury to a guest or loss or damage to personal property. One of our representatives shall be allowed access at any time during occupancy for the purpose of emergency maintenance or repair or any other need. You will be informed beforehand. In the event of misbehaviour or other necessary causes, the owner reserves the right to terminate the let immediately without any refunds. Conditions of Caravan & Breakages/Damage Guests are responsible for the condition of the caravan and the furniture and fittings during their stay. Whilst accepting that the caravan is cleaned to a high standard between "lets", the guest shall leave the caravan in the same state of cleanliness and general order in which it was found. In the event of the caravan being left in an unsatisfactory state, then a charge will be made on top of the tariff to cover costs including cleaning, laundry and any other costs incurred. We ask that breakages or faulty equipment be reported to us as soon as possible, so that we may replace them. In the case of breakages, a replacement charge will be made, so that we can replace it. Arrival and Departure - Please call Ixchel to arrange collection of keys. Guests should arrive from 3pm - 9pm and vacate by 10.30 am on day of departure. Earlier Check In Or Later Check Out Times may possibly be added to your booking at an additional cost of £20 each. Please enquire when booking. No Boats, Jet bikes/Skis, contractors, commercial vehicles or sign written vehicles, including Transit vans, trailers are permitted on site. It is the guests responsibility to ensure keys are returned to the owner of the caravan or specified person upon departure. If keys fail to arrive back a charge of £50 will be made for replacements/lock change. Our aim is to make your stay a happy and memorable one. St Osyth Beach Caravan Site Season runs from 1st March – 13th February. You are not permitted under any circumstances to charge an Electric vehicle from the caravan.
