General House Rules for Luxury Static Caravan / Lodge Rental 1. Check‑In & Check‑Out Check‑in: From 3:00pm (unless agreed otherwise) Check‑out: By 10:00am on the day of departure Please leave the lodge in a clean and tidy condition and report any damage or issues immediately to Joanne on 07894712639. 2. Occupancy The lodge is strictly limited to the maximum number of guests stated on your booking. Only guests listed on the booking form may stay overnight. No subletting or third‑party bookings. 3. Smoking & Vaping Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the lodge. You may smoke outside on the decking provided doors are kept closed and cigarette waste is disposed of responsibly. Burn marks or smoke smells will incur additional cleaning charges. 4. Pets (If Allowed) Pets must be pre‑approved at the time of booking. Please keep pets off furniture and beds. Do not leave pets unattended in the lodge at any time. Owners must clean up after pets both inside and outside. (If you prefer a no‑pets rule, I can rewrite this.) 5. Noise & Behaviour Please respect neighbours and the park’s environment. Quiet hours: 10:00pm – 8:00am. Anti‑social behaviour, excessive noise, or disturbance may result in immediate removal from the park without refund. 6. Damage & Breakages Accidents happen — but please report any damage as soon as possible. Guests are responsible for the cost of repair or replacement of any items damaged during their stay. Do not rearrange or remove furniture. 7. Hot Tub (If Applicable) Shower before use – no fake tan, lotions, or oils. Do not use glassware in or near the hot tub. Children must be supervised at all times. The hot tub may be closed for maintenance if safety or hygiene requires it. 8. Fire Safety Do not leave cooking unattended. No open flames, candles, or BBQs directly on the decking. Use only designated BBQ areas provided by the park. Know the exits and location of fire extinguishers. 9. Heating, Electricity & Appliances Please use appliances responsibly. Do not overload sockets or leave heaters/air‑con running when not in the lodge. Ensure all windows and doors are closed when leaving the lodge. 10. Park Rules All site‑wide rules set by the holiday park must be followed at all times. Use communal facilities respectfully and supervise children. 11. Waste & Recycling All rubbish must be placed in the correct recycling or general waste bins. Do not leave food exposed, as it may attract wildlife. 12. Security Always lock doors and windows when leaving the lodge. Do not share your key code or access details with others. Lost keys may incur a replacement fee. 13. Prohibited Activities No parties or large gatherings. No illegal substances. No charging of electric vehicles unless a designated EV charger is provided. 14. Booking & Cancellation Terms Cancellations and changes are subject to the terms agreed at the time of booking. Refunds cannot be issued for early departure or poor weather unless otherwise stated. 15. Liability The owners and park management accept no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to personal property. Guests use the lodge, decking, hot tub, and park facilities at their own risk.
