Pick up / Return

Pick up of your motor home is available from 0830 – 1530 Monday to Friday, 0900 - 1600 Saturday, Sunday by special arrangement, subject to surcharge. Returns on Monday are preferred.


Reserving your Hire Vehicle

A 20% deposit is required to secure a booking and the balance is payable six weeks before commencement of vehicle hire.
We accept payments by Debit/Credit Card via telephone (2% Fee for Credit Card), Paypal, Cash or Cheque (subject to clearance).

Deposit

A £750 cash or card deposit (no fee for Credit Card) shall be paid on the day hire commences. This is fully refunded if the motor home is returned on time and in a clean and undamaged state - including toilet, shower, pots, pans and cooker, beds etc., You will be liable for any damage or missing items from the hire vehicle.
If you return the hire vehicle back late you will be liable to a £25 per hour charge.

Breakdown / Accidents

All our motor homes are less than 36 months so breakdown is very unlikely, however if a breakdown does happen we will do our best to rectify or replace the hire vehicle as quickly as possible. Therefore Ybuy Motor Home Hire dissolves all costs incurred by the hirer due to the consequential expenses subsequent to a breakdown. A refund will be given on a daily rate basis in the unlikely event of a breakdown.
If you are unfortunate enough to be involved in an accident Ybuy Motor Home Hire must be informed as soon as possible and no repairs must be undertaken without the permission of Ybuy Motor Home Hire.
The hirer is also responsible for damage to tyres including punctures, windscreens, wing morrors and any damage to the roof (Maximum height is clearly displayed inside the vehicle).
Ybuy Motor Home Hire can not be held responsible for any loss or consequential expense due to an accident or breakdown.

Insurance / Restrictions

In order to hire one of our motor homes you must be between the ages of 25-70 years old and you must hold a valid driving licence Llicence held for 2 years pre 25 or post 70 may be accpeted, please talk to us.
(Overseas licence holders will be liable to an extra charge).
When you pick up your Motor Home we will require a photo proof id and a utility bill that is no more than 2 months old.
If you have been involved in an accident of traffic offence within the last 5 years we will need to inform our insurers so they can make the appropriate changes. (A slight increase of charges may be incurred).
The insurance cover that is provided is Fully Comprehensive with an excess charge of £500 per vehicle, our insurance company will require debit/credit card details for security and your card will only be charged in the event of an accident.

Fines / Congestion Charge

During the hire period you will be responsible for any fines, parking tickets, congestion charge etc… Ybuy Motor Home Hire will not be responsible for any fines incurred whilst you have the vehicle on hire.

Mileage

UK and Continental approx 1200 miles per week on a "fair usage policy" again please talk to us regarding specific requirements.

Tanks

The hirer is responsible for emptying the waste tanks and toilet before returning the vehicle if this is not done the hirer will incur a £50 charge.

Smoking

We do not allow smoking in the Motor Homes.

Fuel / Oil / Gas

A full tank of fuel is provide at the start of the hire period so please ensure you return the hire vehicle with a full tank of fuel at the end of your hire period.
You will be charged a £10 refuelling fee if the hire vehicle is returned less than the full mark plus fuel cost.
It is the Hirers responsibility to check the fuel, water and oil levels on the vehicle every day! We will show you how to do it if you are unsure, it takes only 5 minutes.
Ybuy Motor Home Hire will supply your gas, one in use and one full but we may charge for excessive, use at our discretion.

Personal Travel Insurance

We do not offer personal travel insurance for loss of belongings or items this insurance is the responsibility of the hirer.

Car Parking

We can offer secure car parking during the hire period.

3) 1-7 days prior 100% in high season 50% low season
