Owner Description
Modern. holiday home with sun terrace. The caravan is spacious and comfortably furnished. Dogs are welcome. Situated on Lytchett Bay View, from the door it is an uphill walk to all amenities and a short walk downhill to the lovely sandy beach with café and water sports (charges apply on site). There is parking for one car.The caravan is entered via the veranda into the kitchen/dining area. This has a 4 burner gas hob and oven with extractor fan, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster and is fully equipped with all kitchen utensils, crockery cutlery and glasses. The dining table has four chairs.
The lounge area has an electric fire with a stylish surround; comfortable seating that converts into a double bed (max occupancy 6); a digital 40" flat-screen TV.
The master bedroom has a double bed. a TV, an en suite toilet and a large fitted wardrobe which provides loads of space for your clothing.
The other 2 bedrooms are twins with small wardrobes and bedside cabinets. There is a family shower room with a toilet with a basin.
Lily like most of our caravans is dog friendly. There will be no extra charge for your dog, providing no damage is done and no extra cleaning is required. Please let us know when booking if you would like to bring your dog as conditions apply.
Duvets and pillows are provided. However, you will need to bring bed linen, towels and tea towels.
Play passes that give access to Haven activities and facilities are not included in our prices which are for the caravan hire only.

Sandy Beach with cafe. Many watersports for hire and lessons available!
Bike hire is on site. Also electric bikes.
Indoor pool with splash zone, grotto, heated outdoor pool, crazy golf, tennis courts, climbing wall, trampolines, slot machines bars and restaurants.
Several takeaway restaurants (Papa John Pizza delivers to your park home, as do local Chinese and Indian restaurants).
There is daytime entertainment for kids and evening entertainment which is first class with many good star acts.
Local Attractions
Locally there are too many attractions to list but with Beautiful Blue Flag beaches and attractions like the Tank Museum, Monkey World, Farmer Palmers, Paultons Park (Pepper Pig World), Adventure Wonderland Park, Marwell Zoo and much more. Poole Quay is a must. Visit on Tuesdays during the summer season to see hundreds of motorbikes at 6 pm for show judging. Tower Park is just up the road with a cinema complex, bowling attractions & restaurants.
Buses are frequent from the park to Poole at half-hour intervals.
The Jurassic coastline is a wonder in itself just to walk along!
