Owner Description
Our caravan comfortably sleeps up to 8 people with 1 double bedroom with t.v, 2 twin bedrooms and a double pull out bed. The caravan is fully heated with central heating in all rooms and a gas fire in the lounge, all gas, electric and water is included in our package prices. Decking is now complete and is the largest decked area on the site so you will have plenty of room for the whole family to enjoy. It is a non-smoking caravan but has a spacious grassed area outside should you wish to smoke.Duvets and pillows are provided for bedrooms except for towels. The caravan is cleaned to a very high standard inside and out. Check in time is 2pm check out time is 10am. Deposits are £50 except for August bookings where deposit will be at a higher charge of £100 payable on booking. Deposits are all non-refundable and any damages to the caravan will be renters responsibility. Our caravan is situated on Seven Bays Park (previously known as Maribou Holiday Park) and has all the home comforts needed for a perfect family or relaxing holiday it is fully equipped with satellite and freeview television, DVD player, board games, fridge freezer, toaster, microwave, iron and ironing board, oven, hob and grill, hoover and outside washing line. Nearby 2 minute walk: Nisa shop for all your everyday needs. 10 minutes drive away is the quaint fishing village of Padstow where Rick Stein has an award winning restaurant, and there are plenty more shops to browse. Crealy Great adventure park is only 5 miles away and other parks such as dairyland, blue reef aquarium and Newquay Zoo, with plenty of things to do in Newquay a short distance away. There is also 7 wonderful beaches around the caravan park within a 5 mile radius. And for those looking to go a little further out the Eden project is 30 miles away.
