Owner Description
Our spacious well appointed 35ft x 12ft gold standard caravan is situated on a quiet plot at Park Resorts Skipsea Sands holiday park.The caravan sleeps 8 with a double and 2 twin beds will sleep 8 if you use the pull out double bed in lounge and has more than ample wardrobe and storage space. All rooms have central heating for your comfort.
Large shower enclosure and a en suite with an additional separate toilet and basin En suite to master. Both of which have radiators for added comfort
The kitchen is well equipped with all you need plus fridge freezer. with open plan living room which is light, spacious and airy.
At the side of the caravan is a private grassed and patio area with table and chairs ideal for sitting out and relaxing both during the day and in the evening.
There is a 49 inch LED TV with free view And TVs in two of the bedrooms. In addition to this there is a DVD player.
booking requires a £50 refundable deposit.
The complex has recently been refurbished in 2015 including a new show bar with nightly bingo.There is also The Boathouse bar where you and your family can relax and enjoy a drink or a bite to eat without having to leave the resort. In addition to this the park has,

Entertainment passes are required for onsite activities and are not included but can be purchased at reception.
There is also a beach club just outside the resort.
There is also a bus service that stops outside the resort if you want to explore the surrounding area without the hassle of driving.
The site provides a great base to explore the surrounding area. Some examples of things to do are,
Skirlington Market and Car Boot Every Sunday ( And Wednesday in the summer holidays)
Bridlington with it's beautiful beaches, fun fair, Bridlington Spa and an array of high street and independent shops.
John Bull Factory is also just a few minutes drive outside of the centre of Bridlington. You can take a factory tour and watch rock and other sweet confectionery being made. You can also grab a bite to eat in the cafe or let the little ones enjoy the soft play area while you enjoy a coffee.
Hornsea is only a short drive from the resort with access to the beach from the promenade. There is also The Hornsea Mere which is Yorkshire's largest inland freshwater lake. It is the perfect place to relax and unwind.For those who fancy of a bit of retail therapy or a bite to eat then take a trip to Hornsea Freeport with something for everyone including Neptunes Kingdom soft play for the kids.

The caravan must be vacated by 10.00am on day of departure and the caravan will be available from 2.00pm on the day of arrival.
Booking Details / Cancellation Policy
Our caravan is intended to be occupied by 8 persons
We do not allow any other person/persons to occupy our caravan other than the named guests on our booking form.
If the occupancy is exceeded we reserve the right to terminate your holiday immediately and all monies will be retained.
In the case of an accident or injury all guests stay in our caravan at their own risk, we except no responsibility.
We therefore recommend that all guests are recommended to take out holiday insurance to care for any unforeseen circumstances which may occur.
Please note that if holiday is cancelled at anytime ,any monies paid will not be refunded.
