Owner Description
Our family owned caravan is an ABI Eminence 36ft x 12ft. It is graded as Gold Plus and will upgrade to a Platinum when the Decking area has been installed. It has 2 bedrooms and sleeps 6. This is available to let for full weeks or short breaks. We offer 3 to 14 night lets. We do not allow long term accommodation lets. The Caravan has Gas Central Heating via radiators and a gas fire in the lounge and also has Double Glazing. There are two carbon monoxide detectors and smoke alarm. Gas and electricity is included in the price. The Accommodation consists of one double bedroom with en-suite toilet and basin, one twin bedroom and a shower room with toilet and basin. There is a pull out double bed in the main lounge area for use as well. The Caravan is strictly no smoking and no pets allowed. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge (small freezer compartment), microwave, kettle, toaster and full gas cooker. Pots, pans, crockery, and cutlery are also included. Bed linen is also included and will be fully made up upon arrival. There is a 32” flat screen TV/DVD player in the lounge. There is a shed at the back of the Caravan for storage of bikes. Bikes are not allowed inside the Caravan. Situated on the very popular Solent Breezes Holiday Park with stunning views of the Isle of Wight, with fantastic walks and great beaches nearby including Bournemouth, Lee on Solent, Stokes Bay, Southsea, Hayling Island and Portsmouth Harbour. Ferries at Lymington and Portsmouth to Isle of Wight plus beautiful countryside which will make you come back year after year. Solent Breezes Holiday Park is Located at the mouth of the River Hamble based on the coast between Southampton and Portsmouth in a village called Warsash, overlooking the beautiful Solent and the Isle of Wight. Fantastic settings where you can sit at the front of the clubhouse and watch cruise liners coming out of Southampton and all the comings and goings of sailing boats. Entertainment includes shows, family bar (Club House with free Wifi), Sky TV, boating, water sports, kids club 5-14 years old, tennis courts and outdoor heated swimming pool.Facilities
