Description

The caravan is fully insulated, with central heating and double glazing. It has two bedrooms, the master bedroom having an en-suite toilet and hand basin. There is also a pull-out double bed in the sitting room to accommodate 6. The kitchen, comfortable sitting room and dining area are open plan. The kitchen is fully equipped with gas oven and hob, microwave oven, fridge, toaster, kettle, crockery and cutlery, garden furniture on the veranda. The bathroom has a shower, wash hand basin and toilet. Outside we have a veranda with ramp access.
Location The caravan is situated on the edge of Perranporth within walking distance of Perranporth beach and its three miles of golden sand. Liskey Hill Holiday Park is a 4-star site and is 'one of the most peaceful holiday parks in Cornwall', offering a small shop, BBQ area and launderette with drying facilities. The site is open for 12 months of the year. Our caravan is well positioned on the edge of the site, with fields adjoining.
Apart from enjoying the beach with its excellent surfing, and beautiful cliff-sidewalks, there are tennis courts near the park and lake, and an 18-hole golf course with spectacular views. Truro is 9 miles from Perranporth and is Cornwall's major shopping centre It has swimming pools, tennis courts at Boscawen Park and an impressive cathedral. Transport connections include a bus and main line railway station. Ferries run from Truro to Falmouth and St Mawes. Newquay is 8 miles northeast of Perranporth and has an aquarium, zoo, riding stables and international surfing competitions are held thereon a regular basis. The airport is 13 miles from Perranporth near Newquay.
