Owner Description
Our beautiful Swift Bordeaux is available for hire, 6-berth with 3 bedrooms.1 double bedroom with beauty table and en-suite, fitted wardrobes and drawers. TV.
2 twin bedrooms with storage and drawers. In one of the twin rooms, the beds can be moved together to make another double bed. TV in one twin.
Main bathroom with shower.
Fully equipped kitchen with full-sized fridge freezer, air-fryer, microwave and gas cooker.
We also have a dining table with 4-6 chairs.
The living room is spacious but very cosy, the heart of the home and a great place to socialise. TV, Bluetooth sound system, Gas fire, coffee table with 2 stools for extra seating.
In the living room there is a set of French doors which lead to the spacious decking with outdoor furniture where you can sit back and relax with views of the lake.
▪️All beds will be freshly made upon arrival.
▪️Bath towels are NOT included.
▪️Parking available for 1-2 cars.
▪️Grass area to the side of the caravan for the kids to enjoy while you can be worry-free.
▪️Located in a quiet area, 8 minutes from the entertainment complex in one direction and 8 mins to the 2nd entertainment complex and golf village in the other direction. (Peak season)
▪️High chair, travel cot and push chair available on request.
▪️Deposit of £100.
▪️Free WIFI.
▪️Strictly No Smoking.
▪️Equipped with safety alarm.
▪️Modern décor.
▪️Hairdryer.
▪️Entertainment passes are NOT included but can be purchased through a link sent by email when booking.
Please treat our holiday home like your own and leave it how you found it. Failure to do so will result in potentially losing your £100 breakage fee. The £100 breakage fee will be transferred back to the cardholder within 7 days after cleaning and departure checks.
We clean the home personally and take great pride in our holiday home, so you will not be disappointed.
Your £100 deposit is non-refundable and is required to secure your booking - the remaining balance must be paid 8 weeks before arrival.
Failure to pay the remaining balance in full 8 weeks prior to arrival, unfortunately, we reserve the right to rehire and your full deposit will be lost.
