This 2 Bedroom, 6 Berth Altas Sun Lodge holiday home is like well maintained spacious static home with its unique layout as it has an central living room, with kitchen in the top right with the dining area to the left of the kitchen as shown in photos, its had brand new upgraded to double glazing windows as is kitted with all the mod cons, has decking with seating area, has full central heating in all the rooms, the static holiday home is based in highly wanted area on Clarach Bay Holiday Park, Aberystwyth with own parking for one vehicla and is pet friendly. Clarach bay holiday village is one of that largest holiday parks in the area which is fantastic for family holidays.The holiday park has what you expect from a family holiday park, There is a Swimming Pool, Clubhouse, Site Shop for your essentials, Fish and Chip shop, Pizzeria, Crazy Golf, Go-Carts, and a lovely pebble beach with Rock pools and caves. You can also walk the beautiful coastal path to Borth or Aberystwyth. Stunning views.
This is a pet friendly static caravan but max of 2 dogs, (holiday park rules)
We accept Sat to saturday, Friday to Friday, sunday to sunday also Friday to Monday, and Monday to Friday but we prefer 7 night stays from 22nd July till September.

That static has its own WIFI system installed with charge of £10 per stay.

The holiday park operate the on-site facilities Clarach Bay Holiday park (Vale Holidays), we only privately own the static holiday home.
The holiday park operate a small charge for indoor pool and the new gym that's opening, passes included but short notice bookings booked within 48 hours of arrival holiday park are charging £5 per pass admin costs which we arrange for you.
We are offering lining and towels with beds already made up for you for £40
We are bookings agents for the private owners which, so there is a booking fee of £30 booking fee and deposit of £70 which is refundable if the holiday home is left clean and no damage occurs, but the booking fee none refundable
