Description

Willow 108 is a two storey chalet villa accommodation located on the popular Welcome Family Holiday Park, Dawlish Warren. We have three chalets in the same block, and close to the Blue Flab beach resort of Dawlish Warren. The chalets have a double and twin bedroom upstairs, with extra sofa-bed. The bathroom is upstairs with electric shower over bath. Downstairs, there is an open plan lounge diner and full size kitchen. There is an extra sofa-bed in the lounge for additional guests. Outside, a dining area is provided overlooking well presented communal gardens. Parking is available at either side of the chalet block, and at no extra cost. Our chalets are provided with free WIFI, free electricity, free linen hire and free cot/ highchair hire. The property manager lives next door to the Welcome park for easy check-in. A well behaved dog is permitted at no extra charge. We have several chalets in the same block to accommodate larger family get togethers.

The Welcome family holiday park has featured on TV show 'Happy Campers'. It offers a variety of good facilities including a clubhouse, entertainment programme, restaurant, Tropicana indoor pool complex, playground, sports pitch, crazy golf course, launderette and takeaways/ shops on site. Two supermarkets are within a minutes walk of our chalets, and there are lots of dining options available within a matter of minutes. The village of Dawlish Warren has a train station and bus stop offering travel to Exeter, Torquay and Dartmoor. Dawlish is close-by and there is a coastal walk from Dawlish Warren into town.

The beach resort of Dawlish Warren has an 18 hole golf course, a nature reserve, a fun fair for younger guests, golf course, large crazy golf course, amusements, shops and the Boathouse pub offers meals and drinks by the beach. The beach is patrolled by lifeguards in the summer, and offers amazing views across the bay.

Guests are required to sign a booking form provided by the property manager prior to key release. We do not accept bookings from stag/ hen/ school/ college groups as the Welcome Family Holiday Park have site rules.
