Owner Description
Woburn 22 is an immaculate and well equipped 2016, two bedroom, 6 berth holiday home situated in the peaceful Golf Village on Hopton Holiday Village and close to the beautiful lake. This modern and stylish static caravan is a real "home from home" with co-ordinated upholstery throughout and tastefully furnished. The owner provides a range of extras to ensure that your stay is even more comfortable and they also welcome dogs and include a dog crate and/or puppy pen for their use if required. Light and airy sitting room with TV/DVD and french doors opening onto the gated verandah, offering a pleasant outlook onto a large communal garden area. Well appointed kitchen with microwave, large fridge freezer, toaster and oven - washing up liquid and cleaning items are also provided. Large master bedroom with ensuite facilities, large wardrobes and dressing table. Additional bedroom with twin beds and good storage. There is a double sofa bed in the living room for larger groups. Bedding is provided along with hand towels and tea towels but please bring your own personal towels. The outside area is ideal for children. There is an additional gated decking area and the caravan occupies a larger than normal plot just a short stroll away from the 9 hole golf course and stunning lake. The Golf Village is situated on a peaceful area of the park and is ten minutes walk to the main complex, shops and beach. Hopton Holiday Village is a beautifully landscaped and well presented park offering excellent entertainment and activities for all the family.Facilities
