Owner Description
The 2 bedroom 35ft x 12ft caravan is located at the small, family run Monreith Sands Holiday Park.It has double glazing and central heating throughout with an additional electric fire in the lounge. The boiler also supplies constant hot water.
The caravan is fully equipped for self catering with gas cooker, microwave, fridge, crockery and cutlery.
The two bedrooms, one double bed and one with twin beds have wardrobes and / or storage space. In addition there is a fold out double bed built into the lounge sofa. All bedding is provide. A travel cot can be provided on request.
The dining area has a table with four chairs while the lounge has a U shape sofa with views out to Luce Bay. There is a 26" TV and DVD player.
The bathroom has a shower, wash basin and toilet.
Outside there is a large decked area with two chairs and a small round table. There is also a parking space next to the caravan for one car.
The site has laundry facilities and a BBQ area.
Galloway is full of beautiful scenery and lots of interesting places to visit.
Safe sandy beaches and country walks are only a short distance away.
