Description

Herbert was the name of my owners tortoise when he was a child, like me Herbert carried his home on his back and was slow but steady.
My owner loved Herbert, he thinks you will love me too. If you are looking for a compact camper with vintage character and more than just the basics, Herbert fits the bill. Check my photos; I not only sleep 4 but I also have a kitchen with sink, hob, grill and fridge; an enclosed wet room with toilet , shower and basin, plus hot and cold water and a gas heater for chilly nights.
There's surprising amounts of storage around the hab including a spacious wardrobe, other cupboards and drawers as well as underseat storage. I'm fully equiped in every department. All the kitchen pans, crocs and utensils, outside table and chairs, gas, and many extras like games and a BBQ. I have a fresh water tank. I'm 26 years old but have very low milage, the upholstery is still lovely. The engine starts first time and ticks over nicely. Gears are manual. If on a campsite you can plug me in to the mains, or go off-grid where the solar panel helps keep the leisure battery ticking over. Outside, there's a carrier for up to 3 bikes.
