Welcome... Hello and welcome to our holiday caravan in Porth near Newquay in Cornwall. It has 3 bedrooms with a great layout and excellent outside space, including a lovely decked area equipped with table, chairs and BBQ. We are perfectly placed for exploring the area, and only a few minutes walk from the Sea! The Park and local area... We are based on the wonderful family friendly park of 'Newquay View Resort' which is nestled in a valley just a few minutes walk from the great surfing beach of Porth and only a 5 minute drive (or a 15 - 20 minute cliff top walk) to the bustling town of Newquay.'Newquay View Resort' has undergone a huge regeneration and updating program, for full details please visit their website. The park boasts one of the largest heated indoor pools in the Southwest, a fantastic outside pool (from may to October) with play area and food shack and shop, a new steam room and sauna, free WIFI in public areas, a newly refurbished club house bar and resteraunt called 'The Venue', a Bistro cafe, take away, a surf school, shop, launderette, play areas and so much more to mention... You are perfectly placed to visit so many of the local attractions including Watergate bay, Lusty Glaze, Perranporth, Polzeath, Padstow, Wadebridge, Mawgan Porth, Eden project and just too many other wonderful places in Cornwall to mention! The caravan... Our caravan is a light and airy Calypso at 35ft x 10ft and has 1 double bedroom, 2 twin bedrooms and a pull out sofa bed in the lounge. There is a double wardrobe and dressing table and heater in the main bedroom, and the 2 smaller bedrooms have twin beds, a wall hung wardrobe and blown heating. The Kitchen area is perfectly equipped for your needs, and includes a (mains) gas oven, microwave, toaster, ample crockery etc and a fridge with freezer compartment. There is a 32" HD TV with free sat in the lounge area and a fitted gas fire, a comfortable large corner sofa and plenty of windows with views of the surrounding countryside and the park. We also provide a small selection of family games for your use. There is a comfortable dining area with a wooden table and stools for enjoying some family mealtimes around, or simply a game of cards in the evening. The bathroom has a shower enclosure, and white suite with towel rail.
Outside the caravan sits on a very generous grassy plot, with the use of a large decked area equipped with a table, chairs and BBQ, which only adds to the usage of this wonderful sunny plot!
What's included... All utilities and use of the Park's great facilities are included in the price during your stay. We will make up your beds prior to arrival* and supply one toilet roll, a bath mat, washing up liquid and a scourer. We also supply one complimentary disposable BBQ for you, so ready to use for your first night :) You will need to bring your own towels/beach towels, tea towels and food etc. There is also a hairdryer, hangers, an iron and Hoover supplied for your convenience.
*OFFER: There is the option to bring your own bed linen for a reduced fee of £30 off the final booking fee - this means I supply duvets/pillows/protectors and you bring your own bed linen, please request this option at time of booking. Parking is close by, so perfect for unloading and loading. Here is a very small selection of recent testimonials... Terms and conditions of booking... We require a (non refundable) £100 deposit to confirm your holiday payable via BACS, with the balance payable 8 weeks before your holiday. We also require a £50 security deposit which is refunded within 7 days of your departure. We require a mobile number at the time of booking as on your arrival day we will send you a code to gain access to your key. Change over day is a saturday, but we are happy to accommodate where possible for alternatives. Arrival time is no earlier than 3pm and departure is no later than 10am. the caravan is strictly NO DOGS/NO SMOKING. I am afraid the park has a rule on no same sex bookings so we have to adhere to this also. Beds are made up for you on arrival, but you will need to bring your own towels/beach towels. we ask that you remove all rubbish on your day of departure and leave it tidy, thank you. I am sorry but there are no refunds.
