The Ambleside is a stunning 40ft 'Gold' rated Lodge located in the Golf Village of Haven's 'Seton Sands' holiday park [EH32 0QF📍]Seton Sands Holiday Village sits perfectly on Scotland’s east coast overlooking the magnificent Firth of Forth, the gateway to Edinburgh. stunning coastal surroundings with a real breath of fresh air. There are loads of activities like Archery, Segways and bug hunts to get involved with here, and a load of entertainment to enjoy too.
Enjoy the sites of the Scottish coast - Port Seton is just a stone’s throw away, and Edinburgh isn’t too far away for a day out either.

3 bed roomed Ambleside with full wrap around decking with outdoor seating
The sitting room has 2 large freestanding 3 seater sofas. There is a large television complete with soundbar to compliment the television or to play your music via bluetooth. You won't be lost for something to watch on the television with full SKY channels and Netflix. For those rainy days or night time we have a selection of board games, cards or dominos to play.
WiFi is free and unlimited for streaming , surfing the net and playing games.
The holiday home has full central heating throughout, controlled by HIVE . There is a log burner effect electric fire in the sitting room and for those really hot days there is an air conditioning unit in the sitting room / kitchen area.
This can also be controlled to heat the area.
For those wishing to cook indoors our kitchen has everything you need to cook breakfast, rustle up a snack or cook a Michelin star meal .
Starting with the separate 5 ring gas burner stove.
There is also a microwave, gas oven and separate grill. The kitchen is complemented with full high quality, utensils, pots, pans and crockery . For the washing up there is a large sink or the easy option of a dishwasher.
Extras provided in the kitchen area is an ice machine for your cocktails or simply a chilled drink. We also have a Tassimo hot drinks machine
If you get your clothes dirty, don't worry the kitchen area has a Bosch washing machine to get them clean in no time at all.
The family bathroom is situated just off the hall with a shower cubicle, toilet and sink area. The bathroom has a cabinet with mirror and shaver socket.
Shower gel, shampoo and conditioner are complimentary
Ambleside’s Bedroom Layout
Large double room is en suite with a dressing table and stool. For your entertainment it has a large SMART television /DVD player with Netflix. At the side of the bed on either side is a lamp with double plug sockets and USB socket. There is ample wardrobe and cupboard space.
1st twin room has 2 full size single beds. For storing your clothes, there is a wardrobe and 2 sets of drawers. This room has double sockets and a USB sockets for charging your phones, tablets etc.
2nd twin room has slightly smaller beds with a wardrobe and drawers as storage for your clothes. It has a double plug and USB sockets.
