This STUNNING Caravan has a private HOT TUB on the purpose built decked patio area and features lovely woodland views. This immaculate 38-foot Atlas Super Topaz caravan is situated in one of the quietest and most picturesque spots on the beautiful Aberdunant Woodlands Park. The family orientated site has a licensed club/restaurant (which is famed for its excellent Sunday Lunch!), a children's play area and beautiful country walks. The golden beaches at Black Rock sands, Morfa Bychan as well as popular tourist attractions e.g. Portmeirion, Ffestiniog Railway, Criccieth Castle and the pretty historical village of Beddgelert are all within an easy drive. In recent years this area has become a haven for birdwatchers as many flock to view a mating pair of rare ospreys, the first in living memory to settle in Wales. Decked balcony/patio area with HOT TUB, table & chairs with a parasol and two sun loungers. Ample private parking. Accommodation Lounge ( incl. LCD Colour T.V. with FreeView, DVD player, Ipod Dock, contemporary fire place; selection of toys, games and dvd films) Dining Area with table/chairs Modern Kitchen ( incl. full-size fridge/freezer, electric oven, gas hob, microwave, coffee maker and washing machine; picnic rucksack) Shower Room (with walk in shower, toilet and washbasin) 2 Bedrooms (1 x twin), (1 x Master King-Size Double with en-suite toilet and washbasin and ample storage space Gas central heating throughout and full double glazed. Iron and ironing board available. A maximum of two well behaved dogs allowed - please note dogs are NOT ALLOWED in the bedrooms. ELECTRICITY, GAS, DUVETS and PILLOWS provided FREE STRICTLY NO SMOKING INSIDE THE CARAVAN OR ON THE DECKING AREA Wi-fi available - wi-fi is supplied by the park and is charged as used. Please note mobile reception is poor on the park. THE HOT TUB CHEMICALS ARE CHANGED DAILY - Children are not permitted to use the Hot Tub if not accompanied by an adult. The Hot Tub is used at guests own risk.
