Owner Description
Located near beach access from Denbigh Court and close to key amenities, our modern family holiday home is available for 3, 4, and 7-night stays. We adhere to Haven policy by not accepting group bookings. Play passes are not included but can be purchased separately. No smoking or vaping allowed. No pets permitted. A £75 refundable bond is required.The caravan is rated "prestige/silver" by Haven. The spacious lounge features a 43” Smart TV, Bluetooth stereo, comfy seating, central heating, electric fire, coffee table, dining set, pull-out bed, and storage. Outside, there's a decking area with table and chairs.
The kitchen is well-equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, pots, pans, cutlery, gas cooker, iron, Hoover, and coffee machine.
The main bathroom offers a double walk-in shower, toilet, and washbasin, with an additional separate toilet and washbasin.
The main bedroom includes a dressing table, hairdryer, double bed, 24” smart TV, and ample wardrobe space. Two twin bedrooms each feature 19” TVs with Freeview, wardrobes, and overhead storage. A travel cot and high chair are available upon request.
Bedding can be provided, but guests should bring their own towels.
Free WIFI access is available.
Booking requires a £50 non-refundable deposit to secure dates, with payment plans available. The remaining balance is due 4 weeks before the holiday start date. Smoking or pets will result in forfeiture of the security bond.
