Owner Description
Our beautiful Swift Provence is situated on the new kittiwake area at Primrose Valley and has it’s own designated parking. The caravan faces a beautiful lake with a fountain centre piece with stunning sea views. It is a wonderfully peaceful area as it is a 5-minute walk from the onsite facilities. This caravan is double glazed with central heating throughout. The caravan has a large open-plan area and kitchen fully equipped with essentials. The lounge has freestanding sofa’s, a 32” TV with smart TV and an electric fire. The kitchen has all the cooking essentials including a microwave, gas cooker etc. The caravan has 3 bedrooms (1xdouble master and 2 twins) with a double sofa bed & sleeps 8 guests in total. The caravan has a shower, wash basin and toilet in the family bathroom with an en-suite toilet and wash basin in the master bedroom. We do not include linen and towels in with our prices but you can hire them from Haven at an extra cost. Check in for the caravan is 1pm on your arrival date. The keys are located in the safe box on the veranda and the access code will be sent to you the day before arrival. Check out is 10am on your official departure date. Please note that the passes for the complex and entertainment are not included in the rental cost of the caravan but can be purchased from the reception. Passes are not needed to stay at the caravan. Details can be found at https://www.haven.com/parks/yorkshire/primrose-valley/useful-information Further Information Primrose Valley is widely seen as one of Havens flagship parks in Filey. The caravan is a 10-minute drive from Filey town centre or a lovely 30 minute stroll along the beach (be careful to check the tides). There are plenty activities onsite and facilities include 3 pools, indoor and outdoor, a boating / fishing lake, an activity ground and a fairground. Daily activities can be seen on timetables. There is a shop, Starbucks, papa johns, fish & chip shop, Mash & Barrell and the lakeside complex which is highly recommended. The new Lakeside complex has just been built perfect for families with an indoor and outdoor play area but also for couples as it has beautiful lakeside seating and views. It is set in a beautiful area of the Yorkshire Coast and much to visit and see off-site also with a local bus service actually stopping at the park. The caravan is a brand-new model and sleeps 8. There is a travel cot in the master bedroom. We ask for a refundable deposit of £75 (refunded 2 days after your stay providing no damage to the caravan) with the balance of the holiday paid no later than 6 weeks before the arrival date. Payment can be made via paypal, bank transfer or through the online booking system (an additional admin charge does apply). We regularly use the caravan ourselves as a holiday home-from-home and absolutely adore the place as I’m sure you will too.Facilities
