We hired the van for a week at the beginning of April, communication from Andy and Debbie was excellent. Especially liked the flexible collection and drop off times. No major issues with the van, a few small niggles which were reported and rectified in a timely manor. Will definitely consider hiring again when we return to Scotland to visit more of the islands in the near future.
Had a fantastic few days, our first time in a motor home and most certainly not our last. Elvis was very well equipped, comfortable and easy to drive. Great freedom and a great break...

Great wee van for a few days away. Everything you need for self catering . Bed was easy to make up , and the can easy to drive! Good on fuel too! Will definitely use again .
Absolutely brilliant service with Bev from start to finish, campervan superb to drive, comfy and cosy inside. Bev had it all well equipped for us pots pans utensils etc. Couldn’t have asked for more. Had a great time and will definitely use again. First class and if we could give it would be a ten star ???? review
The whole rental process went very smoothly. The owners of the van were lovely and explained how the motor home worked in great detail and also told us not to hesitate contacting them should we have any issues. I would certainly use leisure rentals direct again
We spent 2 nights wild camping near Pitlochry and then spent a night in a caravan site near Dundee before another night without hookup near Inverness. The van was well equipped and cosy with the heater on, despite overnight temperatures outside being near or below zero. Not being familiar with motorhomes, it would have been good to have a bit more explanation of some of the kit and being shown where the informative Elddis owners manual was hidden. All told though, it was a fun and comfortable trip. Thanks.
hired van for a weekend get together with old friends and in form of christmas meal. Van was perfect for out needs, everything worked as it should and we had all the articles we needed onboard. I recommend Alevs and Mike Highly nothing was to much trouble for him and his knowledge and advice on motorhomes was very helpful
The Chausson motorhome was very well prepared, comprehensively equipped and clean. The fixed bed was very comfortable, cooking and toilet facilities all practical and working well. The vehicle was easy to drive and averaged 30 mpg, surprising for such a large vehicle. A Sat nav, set up for the dimensions of the motorhome was thoughtfully provided. I thoroughly recommend this vehicle for rental.

Owner is genuinely a nice man, everything is explained and demonstrated so set up and hook up is simple. Camper is well maintained and standard stock items are more than adequate. Fuel economy is good as is ease of driveability.
The motorhome is immaculate and Chris took me through the handover in great detail, I had no problems whilst I was away. If you are looking to hire a motorhome this is the one, fully equipped and lots of nice touches. Will be hiring again from Chris. Thanks Paul Begley
Anna-Leena and Niall were the perfect hosts to rent from right from the off. My partner and I booked to hire Henrietta for one night quite last minute and they were nothing but accommodation. The pick up and drop up times were really flexible which suited us as we were travelling from Cardiff to Cornwall and traffic can be unpredictable. Henrietta is an absolute joy to drive, just remember to wrap up warm! Everything you could possibly need on your trip is provided for you which makes packing for your holiday so much easier. Henrietta has loads of character and was really reasonably priced compared to the other campers available in the area. I would highly recommend renting her to anyone! The rock and roll bed is extremely comfortable and you feel really cosy in there at night time. Thanks so much Anna-Leena and Niall! I am sure we will be back soon.

My husband, myself, my 15 year old daughter and her friend hired the motorhome to go to Zip World in Wales for 3 days. It was great fun. The motor home was comfortable and great for a couple of days away.
Very delightful experience. The RV is nicely fitted and equipt for comfort and enjoyment. Drives nicely! My first time driving an RV so was a bit timid but got the hang of it within a day's drive. Super wonderful owners, Margaret and Richard, that treated us like family. They are eay to contact and quickly respond. A very good deal. Such a perfect way to travel and explore Scotland, on your own.
Thorough run through of the camper on pick up, Christophe and Carrie are very friendly and helpful and provided most things we needed for a short break. The camper is well fitted out, clean and tidy and is nice and easy to drive. Security deposit returned quickly. No heater in the van so if it's cold bring your own electric one to plug in when connected to electric hook up.
Just had a week in the Scottish borders and lake district to "try out" motorhome life and do some Mountain biking and walking. We loved it!! This motorhome is spotless and has all you need for a comfortable break, and we moved between four different locations during our stay which was made easy by having a motorhome. Chris Wood was great in all his correspondence during the hire and the style of this motorhome really lends itself to people with bikes or lots of equipment as the garage space is really big. Driving it was nowhere near as bad as I had thought and the satnav made it easy to move between locations. Operation of the heating/water systems and water disposal was also really straight forward. All in all we had a great introduction to life in a motorhome and can thoroughly recommend this one, at least for couples with bikes/equipment like us
We had never rented a motor home but were very interested in testing one out to see if it was for us. We had planned to have 3 days down on east coast to meet with family and friends which went very well apart from the rain on Sat? Overall we enjoyed the experience and will most likely book again in better weather. Matt was really helpful giving us a through introduction and some tips which was useful.

Just returned from a lovely weekend in this motorhome, Mike was really thorough with instructing us on the utilities on the motorhome. It was very clean and well equipped. We will definitely return
Lovely comfortable homely caravan with every facility also situated in a nice spot. Unfortunately we had to return early due to bad weather. We would certainly recommend and try and book earlier for next year.
